Občas se mi vrací divné sny. Bloudím v nich nemocničními chodbami a jde po mě krásná zdravotní sestra. Když mě chytí, tak mi píchne injekci a já se nemůžu hýbat. Světlo bliká a slyším ďábelský smích. Padám omámený na zem a nemohu se hýbat. Přijedou pro mě a vezmou mě na patologii. Dívám se, jak ze mě tahají vnitřnosti, sleduji svůj mozek, který se tepe strachem. Když se k mému oku přiblíží ostrý skalpel, tak se většinou probudím. Jsem zmatený a z reproduktorů hraje nové album slovenských death metalistů SURGERY.
Mám tuhle kapelu moc rád. Protože hraje poctivě, od srdce a na koncertech to bývá vždy skvělý zážitek. Jsou zkrátka skupiny, které musíte s chutí poslouchat. Pokud jste tedy starý fanoušek klasického death metalu, jako já nebo tenhle styl obdivujete. Novinka mě opět přikovala na zeď. Čekám v chladné, temné kobce a skladby mi trhají maso od kostí. Koneckonců, poslechněte si sami.
Songy se valí kupředu jako buldozer. Album má skvělý zvuk a produkci (Martin Barla). Všechny nástroje jsou krásně čitelné, vokál zabíjí a zároveň si skladby zachovávají takovou tu starou plesnivou patinu, jestli mi rozumíte. Doporučuji poslouchat na dobré aparatuře, potom vám urve tohle album hlavu i s páteří. Na devadesátá léta minulého století odkazuje i obal, který se také povedl. Líbí se mi motiv i provedení. Je pod ním podepsán skvělý umělec Toni Hietomaa. Doporučuji vám se podívat i na ostatní jeho covery. Morbidní krása! Koneckonců, možná jsem na motivu desky "Living Dead" já ve svém snu. Jsem starý metalový pes a u hudby oceňuji hlavně způsob, jakým na mě působí. SURGERY letos odvedli skvělou práci po všech stránkách. A jak u nich bývá dobrým zvykem, není to jen řemeslo, která tahle parta patologů umí. Přidávají navíc pořádný kus sebe, takového toho poctivého nadšení pro hrobnictví. Slovenští maniaci jsou ve velmi dobré formě. Pokud na tom jste jako já a rádi se touláte po nemocničních chodbách, tak neváhejte ani chvilku. Možná vám dají svěrací kazajku a odvezou vás na sál. Garantuji vám, že páni doktoři pustí z reproduktorů pořádně nahlas "Living Dead". Nedivím se, novinka je ukována z té nejkvalitnější oceli. Vypálí vám cejch do mozku. Stará, poctivá death metalová pitva proběhla opět na výbornou! Pacient shnil zaživa!

I like this band a lot. Because they play honestly, from the heart and it's always a great experience at concerts. In short, they are bands you have to listen to with gusto. If you are an old fan of classic death metal like me or if you admire this style. The novelty of the new stuff has me pinned to the wall again. I wait in a cold, dark dungeon and the songs tear the flesh from my bones. After all, listen for yourself.
The songs roll forward like a bulldozer. The album has a great sound and production (Martin Barla). All the instruments are beautifully clear, the vocals kill while the songs retain that old moldy patina, if you catch my drift. I recommend listening to it on good equipment, then this album will rip your head and spine off. The cover art is a reference to the 90s, which is also good. I like the theme and the performance. It's signed by the great artist Toni Hietomaa. I recommend you to check out his other covers as well. Morbid beauty! After all, maybe I am in my dream on the theme of the "Living Dead" album. I'm an old metal dog, and with music, I especially appreciate the way it affects me. SURGERY did a great job this year in all aspects. And, as is usually the case with them, it's not just the craft that this group of pathologists knows. They also add a good chunk of themselves, that honest enthusiasm for gravedigging. The Slovak maniacs are in very good shape. If you're like me and like to wander hospital corridors, don't hesitate a moment. Maybe they'll give you a straitjacket and take you to the operating room. I guarantee you the doctors will play "Living Dead" loud and clear over the speakers. I'm not surprised. The new stuff is forged from the finest steel. It'll burn a mark into your brain. The old, honest death metal dissection was once again excellent! The patient rotted alive!
