Mlha a smog v ulicích. Zdánlivé ticho a klid. Jenže moc dobře víš, že se tady někde toulá bestie. Touží po čerstvé krvi, po novém mase. Máš strach, přesto musíš vstát a jít do práce. Ohlížíš se za sebe, jestli někde neuvidíš oči plné nenávisti. Lekáš se každého stínu. Uleví se ti, když vylezeš pod poblikávající lampu. Byla to chyba, na chvilku ztratit pozornost. Stal si se další kořistí v řadě. Obětí, která přešla na druhou stranu, do záhrobí. Jako kulisa ti k tomu hrála nová nahrávka rumunských maniaků NECROTUM.
Již jednou jste se mohli s touto smečkou u nás na stránkách setkat. A to u příležitosti loňského alba "Defleshed Exhumation", které mě zaujalo svojí syrovostí, temnotou i old schoolovým feelingem. Novinka je jeho volným pokračováním. Neméně divoká, surová, krvavá. Až ráno půjdete tichou ulicí plnou mlhy a smogu, určitě si na tuhle desku vzpomenete. Je totiž po okraj narvaná velmi podobnou, mrtvolnou atmosférou.
Brutalita se zde potkává s chladem. Činěno je tak odhodlaně, opravdově, uvěřitelně, autenticky. S krvavou jiskrou v oku, s touhou zabíjet hudbou. Skladby musely být napsány v chladných katakombách, někde hluboko v podzemí. Teď, vypáleny na hudební nosič, vypluly na povrch jako tělo zohaveného utopence. Oceňuji masivní, zničující zvuk (Taha "Yeehaw" Mohsin - mixing, mastering), líbí se mi i stylový motiv na obalu (autorem je Julian Mortuus). Užívám si ale hlavně hudbu samotnou, která má v sobě cosi zvířecího, živočišného, vzteklého a nekompromisního. Riffy se mi zadírají hluboko do mozku, melodie zahnívají jako tělo prašivé mrtvoly a o vokálu netřeba diskutovat. Připomíná rozzuřenou bestii. Pokud jste fanoušci třeba takových CANNIBAL CORPSE, MORTICIAN, MONSTROSITY, BRUTALITY, BROKEN HOPE, GRAVE, INCANTATION, potom se pohodlně usaďte, zapněte play a ztraťte se spolu s kapelou v nekonečné temnotě lidské mysli. "Soul Chamber Harvest" by rozhodně nemělo chybět ve sbírce každého opravdového fanouška reálných pohřbů do země. Rumunští tmáři jsou letos opět ve skvělé formě. Včera nalezli kousek od nás další mrtvé tělo. Vypadalo zuboženě, jako by jej napadlo nějaké divoké zvíře. Nemyslím si to, lidé v sobě mají velké množství zla, špíny, hnusu a nenávisti. Mlha a smog v ulicích. Zdánlivé ticho a klid. Jenže moc dobře vím, že se tady někde toulá bestie. Touží po čerstvé krvi, po novém mase. Mám strach, přesto musím vstát a jít do práce. Ohlížím se za sebe, jestli někde neuvidím oči plné nenávisti. Lekám se každého stínu. Poslední co vidím, tak je nicota. A slyším tohle album. Krvavý a temný death metalový rituál, který vás strhne do hlubiny! Nekompromisní a zuřivá záležitost pro všechny démony!

You may have already encountered this pack on our website once before. It was on the occasion of last year's album "Defleshed Exhumation," which caught my attention with its rawness, darkness, and old-school feel. The new album is a loose continuation of that. It is no less wild, raw, and bloody. When you walk down a quiet street full of fog and smog in the morning, you will surely remember this album. It is filled to the brim with a very similar, corpse-like atmosphere.
Brutality meets coldness here. It is done so resolutely, genuinely, believably, authentically. With a bloody spark in the eye, with a desire to kill with music. The songs must have been written in cold catacombs, somewhere deep underground. Now, burned onto a music carrier, they have risen to the surface like the body of a mutilated drowned man. I appreciate the massive, devastating sound (Taha "Yeehaw" Mohsin - mixing, mastering), and I also like the stylish motif on the cover (by Julian Mortuus). But most of all, I enjoy the music itself, which has something animalistic, feral, angry, and uncompromising about it. The riffs dig deep into my brain, the melodies rot like the body of a mangy corpse, and the vocals need no discussion. They resemble an enraged beast. If you are a fan of bands such as CANNIBAL CORPSE, MORTICIAN, MONSTROSITY, BRUTALITY, BROKEN HOPE, GRAVE, or INCANTATION, then sit back, press play, and lose yourself with the band in the endless darkness of the human mind. "Soul Chamber Harvest" should definitely be part of every true fan of real burials in the ground's collection. The Romanian darkies are in great shape again this year. Yesterday, they found another dead body not far from us. It looked miserable, as if it had been attacked by some wild animal. I don't think so. People have a lot of evil, filth, disgust, and hatred inside them. Fog and smog in the streets. Apparent silence and calm. But I know very well that a beast is roaming around here somewhere. It craves fresh blood, new flesh. I'm afraid, but I have to get up and go to work. I look behind me to see if I can see eyes full of hatred. I'm scared of every shadow. The last thing I see is nothingness. And I hear this album. A bloody and dark death metal ritual that will drag you into the depths! An uncompromising and furious affair for all demons!
