Hroby, vykopané a exhumované uprostřed noci mohou vydat děsivá svědectví. Kupříkladu včerejší zážitek řadím k šíleným. Prokletý, pohřbený v dřevěné rakvi, se probudil. Díky muzice, kterou jsme si k naší morbidní práci pouštěli. Vstal, všechny nás proklel a prokousl nám hrdlo. A vzduchem se vznášelo jako nějaké zlé svědectví nové album "Ancient Woods". Mlha by mohla vyprávět.
Mám rád surovost a syrovost death metalu, líbí se mi chlad, který přináší black metal. Vzájemný koktejl pak bývá velmi chutným pokrmem. Pokud je dobře zahraný a obsahuje v sobě temnou sílu. HARVEST GULGALTHA nás znovu pozvali na starou, okultní seanci. Stačí jenom vstoupit.
Jako bych se procházel temnými chodbami podzemí. Na stěnách visí těla prokletých. Jsou mučena a ponižována. Někam sem, hluboko pod zem, do říše nekonečných stínů, patří i nové album "Ancient Woods". Masivní zvuk, depresivní obal, vše opravdu připomíná les sebevrahů. Na stromech se houpají oběšenci a země je nasáklá krví. Mám rád, když je hudba plná emocí a ty, které předkládají HARVEST GULGALTHA jsou černé, jako duše hříšníků. Venku je podzim a kousek za domem máme také les. Beru si sluchátka na uši a vyrážím brzy ráno. Je ještě mlha a město pode mnou spí. Líbí se mi, jakým způsobem jsou skladby napsány, jak pálí a žhnou a zároveň jsou ledové jako ruce mrtvoly. Našlapuji opatrně, jsem součástí přírody, věčnosti i smrti. Poslech je pro mě spíše obřadem, rituálem, který mě zavede na starý lesní hřbitov. Nedokážu se od skladeb odpoutat, staly se postupně mojí součástí. Zimní deprese, strach i vztek, ukládané dlouhé roky někam dovnitř hlavy. Tohle všechno v muzice naleznete. Bude vám připadat zkažená a zlá, ale zároveň velmi přitažlivá. Budete se budit ze špatných snů a nebudete vědět, co je realita a co fikce. Musím říci, že dle mého úsudku, se album opravdu povedlo. Pro fanoušky temné mantry jako stvořené. Poslouchejte v chladu a naprosté tmě. Chladný, temný black death metal z říše děsivých snů!

It's autumn outside and we also have a forest just behind our house. I take my earphones and head out early in the morning. It is still foggy and the city sleeps below me. I like the way the songs are written, the way they burn and glow while being as icy as a corpse's hands. I tread carefully, I am part of nature, eternity and death. For me, listening is more of a ceremony, a ritual that takes me to an old woodland graveyard. I can't detach myself from the songs, they have gradually become part of me. Winter depression, fear and anger, stored for years somewhere inside my head. You can find all this in music. You'll find it corrupt and evil, but at the same time very attractive. You'll wake up from bad dreams and you won't know what's reality and what's fiction. I have to say that in my opinion, the album is really good. For fans of dark mantras it is perfect. Listen in the cold and total darkness. Cold, dark black death metal from the realm of terrifying dreams!
