Byla to vlastně náhoda, že jsem sešel z cesty. V temném lese kousek za městem jsem poslouchal novou desku DOLDREY ze Singapuru. Přemýšlel jsem zrovna o smrti a co bude následovat po ní, když jsem si všiml bělostné kosti, trčící jako svědomí ze země. Zavolal jsem několik svých kolegů, přidal jsem hlasitost na přehrávači a před námi se objevilo pohřebiště plné mělkých hrobů. Těla v různém stádiu rozkladu jakoby žalovala, řvala do ticha. Cítil jsem z jejich šepotu bolest, strach i nenávist. Stejně jako z nové desky "Only Death Is Eternal".
Pozorný čtenář ví, že o téhle smečce jsem již na našich stránkách psal. Ano, předchozí album "Celestial Deconstruction" mě přesvědčilo o tom, že téhle kapele se budu vždy rád věnovat. Novinka je pokračováním morbidních představ, je krutým mementem i syrovým zásekem přímo do vaší hlavy. Poslouchejte hodně nahlas!
U "Only Death Is Eternal" vylézají nemrtví z hrobů. Touží po krvi, surovém death metalu, punku i crustu. To jim tihle šílenci narvou pod tlakem do chřtánu. Dostanete pestrou směs ve stylu ENTOMBED, NIHILIST, MAMMOTH GRINDER, BASTARD GRAVE, BOMBS OF HADES, CARNAGE. To vše samozřejmě ušpiněné ve vlastním morbidním stylu. Dovedu si představit starou opuštěnou márnici, ve které se dnes odehrává koncert téhle kapely. Přijdou všichni. Živí i nemrtví, prokletí i démoni. Všichni chtějí po kapele tlak a energii, všichni touží po tom, aby je rozsekala na malé kousky. Přání je zde otcem myšlenky a také čerstvě odkrytým hrobem, který vypráví své děsivé příběhy. Zvuk, obal, celková produkce, vše je určeno pouze k tomu, aby vám byl vystřelen mozek z hlavy. Líbí se mi neurvalý a drsný způsob, jakým kapela přistupuje ke své hrobnické práci. Žádné zbytečnosti, žádná hluchá místa. Jedná se o přímý útok, o setkání se smečkou prašivých rozzuřených psů. Kusy masa létají vzduchem, mozek stéká po zdi a střeva se válejí po zemi jako mlha nad močálem. Přiznám se bez mučení, mám to tímto způsobem moc rád a nemůžu jinak, než vám nové album doporučit. Má v sobě totiž všechno, co od hudby chci a požaduji. Potácím se zase jednou v temnotě a nasávám shnilý pach smrti. Byla to vlastně náhoda, že jsem sešel z cesty. It was actually a coincidence that I got off the road. I was listening to the new DOLDREY album from Singapore in a dark forest outside the city. I was just thinking about death and what would come after when I noticed a white bone sticking out of the ground like a conscience. I called a few of my colleagues over, turned up the volume on the player and a burial ground full of shallow graves appeared before us. Bodies in various stages of decomposition seemed to be grieving, screaming into the silence. I could feel the pain, fear and hatred from their whispers. Just like the new album "Only Death Is Eternal".
The attentive reader knows that I have written about this pack on our pages before. Yes, the previous album "Celestial Deconstruction" has convinced me that I will always be happy to follow this band. The new one is a continuation of morbid fantasies, it is a cruel memento and a raw hit straight to your head. Listen very loud!
With "Only Death Is Eternal", the undead come out of their graves. They crave blood, raw death metal, punk and crust. That's what these lunatics shove down their throats under pressure. You get a varied mix of ENTOMBED, NIHILIST, MAMMOTH GRINDER, BASTARD GRAVE, BOMBS OF HADES, CARNAGE. All of this, of course, soiled in their own morbid style. I can imagine the old abandoned morgue where this band is playing today. Everybody's coming. The living and the undead, the damned and the demons. All wanting the band to push and energize, all wanting the band to chop them up into little pieces. The wish here is the father of the idea, and also a freshly uncovered grave that tells its horrifying stories. The sound, the cover art, the overall production, everything is just designed to blow your brains out. I like the raw and gritty way the band approaches their grave digging work. No unnecessaries, no dead spots. This is a direct assault, an encounter with a pack of mangy rabid dogs. Chunks of flesh fly through the air, brains splatter against the wall and guts roll across the ground like mist over a swamp. I'll admit without torture, I love it this way and I can't help but recommend the new album to you. It has everything I want and demand from music. I'm once again stumbling in the darkness and breathing in the rotten smell of death. It was actually an accident that I went astray.
