Mé tělo se brzy stane jenom bílou kostrou. Pohřbí mě zaživa. Budu ležet tisíce let v horké zemi, aby jednou exhumovali můj hrob. Budu rozmlouvat s hrozivými démony. Červi možná rozežerou moje vnitřnosti, ale stále budu věřit. V black a death metal. Možná se jednou rozpadnu v prach, ale alba jako je "Death Covenant" budu poslouchat do skonání světa. Ano, novinka je odkazem našich předků. Chladná a temná. Jako starý opuštěný chrám, ve kterém mě kdysi pochovali.
Pokaždé, když se mi dostane do rukou nová hudba ARALLU, cítím se povznesený. Pánové mě dokáží přenést daleko od mé země. Mezi písečné duny, mezi hrobky, které stále vydávají nová svědectví. Líbí a vždycky se mi líbil způsob, jakým tito gentlemani píší skladby. Jsme stejné krve!
Atmosféra nové desky je opět velmi děsivá, temná, jako myšlenky zlých lidí. Hodně k tomu přispívají lidové nástroje, které perfektně sedí do hudby. Mám opravdu pocit, že stojím na prašné cestě rovnou do pekla. Zvuk, obal, celkové provedení jsou na vynikající úrovni. To by ale bylo málo. Z "Death Covenant" je navíc cítit nadšení, opravdovost, ryzost. Věřím kapele každou melodii, každý tón. Black metal, death a starodávný sumerský zvuk fungují ve vzájemné symbióze. Nikde nic nepřebývá, nikde nic nechybí. Existuje jenom hudba a mrazivá temnota. Tradiční blízkovýchodní melodie se potkávají s metalovou surovostí. Vše kombinováno s velkým talentem a citem pro melodie. Pohybujeme se v oblastech, ve kterých již svoji práci odvedly kapely jako MELECHESH, ABSU, ale třeba i ANGELCORPSE, ROTTING CHRIST, NILE, MOONSPELL. ARALLU pak přidávají kus sebe samých. Nejdříve vám ukáží záhadný tanec s démony, aby vás nakonec rozdrtili na prach. Mám rád a líbí se mi, když slyším z muziky emoce, sílu a tlak a tohle všechno umí izraelští mágové na výbornou. Poslouchat "Death Covenant" je jako si číst ve starých pergamenech. Jsou v nich, stejně jako na nahrávce, otištěny krvavé stopy. Historie lidského druhu je plná násilí, bolesti a strachu. A ARALLU dokázali tohle všechno přenést do svých skladeb. Vynikající album! Hrozivá, děsivá black death metalová bestie z dávných dob se probudila! A nezná slitování!

Every time I get my hands on new ARALLU music, I feel uplifted. The gentlemen can transport me far from my land. Among the sand dunes, among the tombs that still bear new testimonies. I like and have always liked the way these gentlemen write songs. We are of the same blood!
The atmosphere of the new album is again very scary, dark, like the thoughts of evil people. Folk instruments contribute a lot to it, which fits perfectly to the music. I really feel like I'm standing on a dusty road straight to hell. The sound, the cover, the overall performance are all on an excellent level. But that wouldn't be enough. In addition, "Death Covenant" has an air of enthusiasm, genuineness, purity. I trust the band with every melody, every note. Black metal, death and ancient Sumerian sound work in symbiosis with each other. Nothing is excess, nothing is missing. There is only music and chilling darkness. Traditional Middle Eastern melodies meet metallic rawness. All combined with a great talent and feeling for melodies. We move in areas where bands like MELECHESH, ABSU, but also ANGELCORPSE, ROTTING CHRIST, NILE, MOONSPELL have already done their work. ARALLU then add a piece of themselves. First they show you a mysterious dance with demons, to finally crush you to dust. I like and enjoy hearing emotion, power and pressure from the music and this is what the Israeli magicians do well. Listening to "Death Covenant" is like reading in old parchments. There are traces of blood in them, just like on the recording. The history of the human species is full of violence, pain and fear. And ARALLU have managed to bring all this into their songs. Excellent album! The terrible, terrifying black death metal beast from ancient times has awakened! And it knows no mercy!
