Všichni mě varovali, přesto jsem musel. Zvědavost zase jednou zvítězila nad opatrností. Nedalo mi to, ale víko jsem nadzvedl. Viděl jsem v životě již spoustu mrtvých těl. Poslouchám tuhle hudbu přes třicet let, ale tahle mrtvola byla opravdu hodně zohavená. Polámané kosti, vypíchnuté oči, vnitřnosti, vytrhané z těla. Ohledám tělo a verdikt je jednoznačný. Prokletý hříšník, mučený a ponížený. Pohřbený zaživa. Kývám souhlasně hlavou. Sem, do chladných kobek, patřím a zde je moje místo. Pravý death metal nesmí nikdy zemřít!
Pokud budou vznikat a existovat kapely jako je BEYONDITION, tak o to strach nemám. Jedná se německé tmáře, kteří umí vytvořit velmi pochmurnou, chladnou a děsivou atmosféru. Žádná dnes tak častá plastová produkce. Naopak, tady praskají kosti tlakem a ďábel se usmívá. Nezbývá, než přidat hlasitost.
Pro pochopení téhle desky je nutné se nejdříve zavřít na nějaký čas do hrobu spolu s kapelami typu ASPHYX, PENTACLE, UNLEASHED, ale třeba i s takovými SAMAEL a MORTUARY DRAPE. Pro mě je vždy velmi důležitý zvuk a produkce - zde jsem velmi spokojený. Rád se podívám i na obal - zde připomíná staré black metalové motivy z devadesátých let minulého století. Hlavní je pro mě ale hudba samotná a potom nálady, atmosféra a pocity, které si po společných setkáních z hudby odnáším. BEYONDITION hrají postaru, plesnivě, exhumují staré pořádky. Ale nedělají to povrchně. Naopak, věřím jim každý tón, každou notu, každý zásek do m hlavy. Najednou kolem mě není současný divný svět, války, nenávist a tupý dav v ulicích. Toulám se znovu a znovu za zvuků "Abysmal Night" nekonečnými chodbami Hádovy říše a kývám spokojeně hlavou. Rozhrnu pavučiny, otevřu další rakev a dívám se na červy, které se kroutí do rytmu. Kolem je absolutní tma a po zdech stéká špinavá krev, cítím chlad, který mě objímá jako plášť z krvavé mlhy. Líbí se mi děsivé nálady, které během poslechu poletují jako můry. Pánové dokázali napsat skladby, kterým když dáte čas, tak se vám dostanou až do snů. Budete mít noční běsy, ve kterých vás budou mučit rozžhaveným železem. Ucítíte stejnou bolest, jako oběti čarodějnických procesů. Zavřeni ve starých chrámech plných beznaděje a slepé víry, stále posloucháme tuhle desku. Smrtící kov, který vám způsobí chlad v kostech! Děsivý rituál nemrtvých!

Everyone warned me, but I had to. Once again, curiosity won out over caution. I couldn't help but lift the lid. I've seen a lot of dead bodies in my life. I've been listening to this music for over thirty years, but this corpse was really badly mutilated. Broken bones, eyes gouged out, guts ripped out of the body. I examine the body and the verdict is clear. A cursed sinner, tortured and humiliated. Buried alive. I nod my head in agreement. This is where I belong, in the cold dungeons, and this is my place. True death metal must never die!
As long as bands like BEYONDITION are created and exist, I'm not worried. These are German darkies who can create a very gloomy, cold and scary atmosphere. No plastic production so common nowadays. On the contrary, here the bones crack with pressure and the devil smiles. Nothing to do but turn up the volume.
In order to understand this record, you have to first put yourself in the grave for some time with bands like ASPHYX, PENTACLE, UNLEASHED, but also with the likes of SAMAEL and MORTUARY DRAPE. For me the sound and production is always very important - here I am very satisfied. I also like to look at the cover art - here it reminds of old black metal motifs from the 90s. But the main thing for me is the music itself, and then the moods, atmosphere and feelings I take away from the music after our meetings together. BEYONDITION play old, moldy, exhume the old ways. But they don't do it superficially. On the contrary, I trust them with every note, every note, every hit to my head. Suddenly, I'm not surrounded by the current strange world, wars, hatred and dumb crowds in the streets. I wander again and again to the sounds of "Abysmal Night" through the endless corridors of Hades, nodding my head in satisfaction. I open the cobwebs, open another coffin and watch the worms wriggle to the rhythm. It's absolutely dark around me, and there's dirty blood running down the walls, and I feel a chill that envelops me like a cloak of bloody mist. I like the eerie moods that flit like moths as I listen. The gentlemen have managed to write songs that, if you give them time, will take you right into your dreams. You'll have night terrors in which you'll be tortured with red-hot iron. You will feel the same pain as the victims of the witch trials. Locked in old temples of hopelessness and blind faith, we still listen to this record. A deadly metal that will send a chill through your bones! A terrifying ritual of the undead!
