V močálech za městem se našlo další tělo. Roztrhané na kusy. Procesy hnití byly zahájeny a mlha, která se vznášela všude kolem, měla barvu krve. Na tváři vyděšený výraz, jakoby se setkala s démony, se svým vlastním svědomím. Možná ale jenom konečně uviděla bájnou příšeru, o které se mluví v legendách. Nadpřirozené síly nebo sprostý vrah? Těžko posoudit, někdo mluví i o divokých šelmách. Pro mě je stejně nakonec nejdůležitější atmosféra, která je děsivá, podmanivá, jedovatá, ponurá.
Stejně jako čtvrté dlouhohrající album argentinských tmářů HORRENDUM VERMIS. Ti se ve svých textech volně inspirují světem H. P. Lovercrafta a černým okultismem. Jejich death metal je syrový, temný, chladný, strašidelný a tuhne u něj krev v žilách. Stačí jenom chvilku počkat, až se v močálech objeví další tělo.
Určitě znáte takové to vlezlé, nepříjemné počasí, kdy několik dní nevidíte slunce. Stíny se dávno ztratily ve vzpomínkách a na vás padá těžký splín. Nezbývá, než otevřít staré, rezavé dveře do podzemí a vstoupit znovu dovnitř. Pokud máte rádi klasický, nahrubo nasekaný, smradlavý a prašivý death metal, potom jste zde správně. Pokaždé s chutí přijímám pozvánku na podobné morbidní a mokvající obřady. Zde se totiž hraje opravdově, reálně, upřímně, od srdce. Pánové si dali velký pozor na zvuk, který nejen, že je masivní a dobře čitelný, ale také se vám zadře pod kůži. Co se týká hudby samotné, tak se zde potkávají černé odstíny se zkaženou krví. To vše zabalené do pevných pavučin. Hlavní je ale celkový dojem, který je opravdu uhrančivý. Skladby mi tak připomínají spíše nějakou pradávnou mantru určenou pro vyvolávání temných sil, než je obyčejné album. Zkrátka a dobře, kapele se povedlo mě dostat na svoji stranu, převést mě do země nekonečných stínů, za řeku Styx. Volnou inspirací zde byly kapely typu MYSTIFIER, MUTILATOR, SARCÓFAGO. Jako bych znovu vstoupil do zdánlivě opuštěné jeskyně. Samozřejmě potom, co jsem přešel nekonečné močály nicoty a stal se obětí bestie ze starých legend. Líbí se mi způsob, jakým je hudba napsána, obdivuji celou morbidní ceremonii, kterou se povedlo kapele vytvořit. Doporučuji vám, abyste si sehnali kompletní diskografii HORRENDUM VERMIS, stojí rozhodně za to. Smrt je při poslechu hodně blízko! Lovercraftian death metal, po okraj narvaný tmou, chladem a nekonečnými stíny!

A frightened look on her face, as if she had encountered demons, her own conscience. But maybe she had just finally seen the mythical monster spoken of in the legends. Supernatural powers or a foul-mouthed killer? It's hard to say. Some talk of wild beasts. Just like the fourth long-playing album of Argentinian darkies HORRENDUM VERMIS, who are freely inspired by the world of H.P. Lovercraft and black occultism in their lyrics. Their death metal is raw, dark, cold, haunting and makes the blood run cold. You just have to wait a little while for another body to appear in the swamps.
I'm sure you're familiar with that creepy, unpleasant weather where you don't see the sun for days. The shadows have long since faded into memory and a heavy full moon falls over you. There's nothing to do but open the old, rusty door to the underground and step inside again. If you like classic, roughly chopped, smelly and dusty death metal, then you've come to the right place. I always gladly accept an invitation to similar morbid and pissing rites. Because here it is played for real, real, honest, from the heart. The gentlemen have taken great care with the sound, which is not only massive and easy to hear, but also gets under your skin. As for the music itself, there are black shades meeting wicked blood. All wrapped up in tight webs. But the main thing is the overall impression, which is truly mesmerizing. The tracks thus remind me more of some ancient mantra meant to invoke dark forces than a regular album. In short, the band has succeeded in getting me on their side, transporting me to the land of endless shadows, beyond the river Styx. Bands like MYSTIFIER, MUTILATOR, SARCÓFAGO were a free inspiration here. It was as if I had re-entered a seemingly abandoned cave. Of course, after I crossed the endless swamps of nothingness and became a victim of the beast from the old legends. I like the way the music is written, I admire the whole morbid ceremony the band managed to create. I recommend you to get the complete discography of HORRENDUM VERMIS, it's definitely worth it. Death is very close when listening to it! Lovercraftian death metal, packed to the brim with darkness, coldness and endless shadows!
