Každá lebka má v sobě otvor jiného tvaru. U některých je vidět, že si dotyčný prostřelil hlavu, u jiných je znát, že byl oběšený, utopený, některé byly setnuty ostrým nástrojem. Do této márnice se pohřbívají oběti násilných činů. Zohavená těla hnijí opodál a vzduchem se vznáší pach smrti. Bestie, dosud svázaná v rohu řetězem, najednou ožívá a řve do tmy. Poslouchám nové EP tureckých tmářů HELLSODOMY a užívám si morbidně krvavou atmosféru. Nějak takhle si představuji poctivou black death metalovou blasfemii.
Jsou to hlavně nálady, celkový dojem, které se mi na novince líbí. Skladby jsou napsány s odhodláním, s touhou ničit a zabíjet hudbou. Oceňuji i masivní, prašivý zvuk a obal s probodnutou tváří. Dotyčný by mohl klidně ležet i v naší márnici. Tahle deska hoří jasným plamenem.
Pokud bychom měli hovořit o vlivech, o kapelách, u kterých se turečtí maniaci inspirovali, museli bychom zmínit jména jako SODOM, SARCÓFAGO, POSSESSED, staří EXODUS a SEPUTLURA, MAYHEM, MARDUK, DEICIDE, nověji potom třeba SLAUGHTER MESSIAH, HELL-BORN, BLOOD STORM. HELLSODOMY se potom snaží vystavět na těchto pevných základech své vlastní konstrukce. Nutno rovnou napsat, že se jim to daří na výbornou. Svět je při poslechu hodně kruté a ošklivé místo k životu. Kapela mě zavřela do chladné a špinavé cely, spoutala mě a ukřižovala hlavou dolů. Užívám si zvuk, s chutí se dívám na obal. Pro mě, starého metalového psa, byly splněny všechny důležité náležitosti k tomu, abych mi nahrávka pronikla do krve. Už se vám někdy zanítila nějaká rána? Cítili jste tepání, pálily vás žíly a měli jste teplotu? A pamatujete si na tu krásnou chvíli, kdy byl vřed konečně proříznutý a vy jste ucítili úlevu? Tak přesně takhle se cítím i při poslechu "Nocturnal Incursion". Ve skladbách je obsaženo velké množství surové, temné energie. Pokud máte rádi naprostou tmu a staré márnice jsou vaším domovem, neváhejte ani chvilku. Je to smršť, je to tsunami, které vám vypálí cejch do mozku, dostane se vám do krve. Za mě, i za všechny démony, nelze jinak, než doporučit všem prokletým. Máte chuť na syrové maso? Potom přidejte hlasitost. Každá lebka má v sobě otvor jiného tvaru. The beast, still chained in the corner, suddenly comes to life and roars into the darkness. I listen to the new EP of Turkish darkness HELLSODOMY and enjoy the morbidly bloody atmosphere. Somehow this is how I imagine honest black death metal blasphemy.
It's mostly the moods, the overall impression that I like about the new release. The songs are written with determination, with the desire to destroy and kill with music. I also appreciate the massive, dusty sound and the face-pierced cover art. The one in question might as well be lying in our morgue. This record burns with a bright flame.
If we were to talk about influences, bands that Turkish maniacs were inspired by, we would have to mention names like SODOM, SARCÓFAGO, POSSESSED, old EXODUS and SEPUTLURA, MAYHEM, MARDUK, DEICIDE, and more recently SLAUGHTER MESSIAH, HELL-BORN, BLOOD STORM. HELLSODOMY then tries to build their own constructions on these solid foundations. It must be said that they are doing it very well. The world is a very cruel and ugly place to live in when you listen to it. The band locked me in a cold and dirty cell, handcuffed me and crucified me upside down. I enjoy the sound, I look at the cover with relish. For me, an old metal dog, all the important requirements to get the record into my blood have been met. Have you ever had a wound? Have you felt a throbbing, veins burning and a temperature? And do you remember that beautiful moment when the ulcer was finally cut open and you felt relief? That's exactly how I feel listening to "Nocturnal Incursion". There is a lot of raw, dark energy in the songs. If you like total darkness and old morgues are your home, don't hesitate a moment. It's a whirlwind, it's a tsunami that burns a mark in your brain, gets into your blood. For me, and for all demons, I can't help but recommend it to all the damned. Fancy some raw meat?
