Stojím před vchodem a přemýšlí, jestli vstoupit. Přivedly mě sem děsivé sny, ve kterých jsem potkával postavy bez hlavy, rozsápané na kusy. Budil jsem se uprostřed noci, abych nakonec skončil zde, ve staré jeskyni. Na stěnách jsou nakresleny podivné symboly a v kostech se mi usadil chlad. Moc dobře vím, že někde hluboko v podzemí se ukrývají bestie. Šílená, krvelačná monstra, která touží pouze po tom, aby vás zabila. Poslouchám novou desku amerických tmářů PURULENCY a moc dobře vím, že vstoupím dovnitř.
Otevírám rezavou bránu a nasávám pach smrti. Prašivina, hniloba, vybělené kosti. Přesně takový death metal jsem měl vždy rád a pánové jej předkládají s morbidním nadšením. Věřím jim každý tón, každý motiv. Jedná se o na kost ohlodanou hudbu, u které shnijete zaživa. Nechte se pohltit nekonečnými močály záhrobní říše.
Máte rádi kapely DEMILICH, ABHORRENCE, DEMIGOD? Procházíte se rádi a často mezi čerstvě exhumovanými hroby? Tak potom neváhejte a narvěte si nové album "Transcendent Unveiling Of Dimensions" pod tlakem do hlavy. Je po okraj narvané špínou, odkazy na H.P. Lovercrafta. Jedná se o děsivý, hororový materiál, který se bude líbit všem, kteří mají rádi klasický, tradiční smrtící kov a jeho temnou a šílenou atmosféru. Budete se bát vlastního stínu, budete se lekat světla. Prokletí, zavržení, ponížení. Ano, novinka má skvělý zvuk, obal, povedlo se vlastně vše, co je potřeba, aby byla správně provedena záhrobní mše. Prosévám mezi prsty prach, jako to dělám pokaždé, když se mi nějaká hudba dostane hluboko pod kůži. Jakoby tahle smečka vzala všechny mé noční můry, zamíchala je se shnilými kousky masa a podávala na víku od rakve. Skladby jsou velmi dobře napsány, mají v sobě potřebnou sílu a drive. Jsem moc rád, že jsem se vzbudil uprostřed noci, že jsem za sebou zanechal současný divný svět a vydal se na druhou stranu. Moc dobře totiž vím, že PURULENCY mi budou velmi dobrými průvodci za řekou Styx. Novou desku nelze jinak, než doporučit všem fanouškům absolutní tmy, démonům i prokletým. This is eerie, horror material that will appeal to anyone who enjoys classic, traditional death metal and its dark and insane atmosphere. You will be afraid of your own shadow, you will be scared of the light. Damnation, damnation, humiliation. Yes, the novelty has a great sound, the cover, everything that is needed for a properly performed death mass. I sift the dust between my fingers, as I do every time a piece of music gets deep under my skin. It's like this pack took all my nightmares, mixed them with rotten bits of meat, and served them on a coffin lid. The songs are very well written and have the necessary power and drive. I'm so glad I woke up in the middle of the night, that I left the current strange world behind and made my way to the other side. I know very well that PURULENCY will be a very good guide for me to the river Styx. I can't but recommend the new album to all fans of absolute darkness, demons and the damned.
