Občas si připadám jako šelma, co loví v noci. Vstávám, když se setmí a toulám se ulicemi bez světla. Pokaždé mé kroky vedou na hřbitov za městem. Dnes spolu navštívíme jednu starou, dávno opuštěnou hrobku. Otevřeme rezavé dveře a ucítíme pach smrti. Uprostřed hrobu leží mrtvola, která byla kdysi ukřižovaná a upálená. Drží v rukou novou desku španělských tmářů DECAPITATED CHRIST. Smrdí sírou a je prokletá, jako zohavené tělo, které stráží démoni.
Kapelu sleduji již dlouhé roky a letos se vrátila s novinkou "Glorious Tyrannizing of Human Rats". Jedná se opět o prašivý, surový death metal, u kterého shnijete zaživa. Pokaždé, když slyším podobnou hudbu, tak je mi jasné, že peklo opravdu existuje.
Španělské maniaky jsem viděl kdysi na jednom koncertě u nás v Čechách (report je odkazován dole pod článkem). Pamatuji si, že mi připadalo, že během vystoupení se setmělo a slyšel jsem šepot nemrtvých. S novou nahrávkou to mám velmi podobné. Líbí se mi vlastně všechno. Do nečisté hry mě ihned uvedl ďábelský obal, pod kterým je podepsán mistr César Valladares Fernández. Oceňuji chladný, čitelný a plesnivý zvuk (recorded in Moontower Studios with Javi Bastard and was mastered by Dan Swanö). Hlavní jsou pro mě ale nápady a celková atmosféra, která opravdu připomíná návštěvu staré prokleté hrobky. Pánové mě vzali na výlet do podzemí a došli jsme spolu až k bráně do pekla. Pokud jste fanoušci kapel jako INCANTATION, IMMOLATION, OBITUARY, GRAVE, NIHILIST, BOLT THROWER, BENEDICTION, MORBID ANGEL, DEICIDE, určitě si narvete do hlavy s chutí i novou desku "Glorious Tyrannizing of Human Rats". Tahle smečka připomíná prašivé psy, kteří hlídají vstup do Hádovy říše. Vše je zahráno velmi poctivě, uvěřitelně, reálně. Připadám si při poslechu, že jsem přímým účastníkem procesů s čarodějnicemi a dívám se na ukřižování i hořící hranici. Oheň hoří jasným černým plamenem a hříšník křičí jméno kapely. Dnes spolu navštívíme jednu starou, dávno opuštěnou hrobku. Otevřeme rezavé dveře a ucítíme pach smrti. Uprostřed hrobu leží mrtvola, která byla kdysi ukřižovaná a upálená. Smrdí sírou a je prokletá, jako zohavené tělo, které stráží démoni. Absolutně zničující, temný a maniakální smrtící kov! Exhumace prokletých, ďábelský rituál, krvavý otisk bestie!

I've been following the band for years and this year they've returned with their new album "Glorious Tyrannizing of Human Rats". It is again a dusty, raw death metal that will make you rot alive. Every time I hear music like this, it's clear to me that hell really exists.
I saw Spanish maniacs once at a concert in Czech Republic (report is linked below the article). I remember that it seemed to me that during the performance it got dark and I heard whispers of the undead.It's very similar with the new record. I like pretty much everything about it. I was immediately introduced to foul play by the devilish cover art, which is signed by mastermind César Valladares Fernández. I appreciate the cool, clear and musty sound (recorded in Moontower Studios with Javi Bastard and was mastered by Dan Swanö). But the main thing for me are the ideas and the overall atmosphere, which really reminds me of visiting an old cursed tomb. The gentlemen took me on a trip to the underground and together we reached the gates of hell. If you are a fan of bands like INCANTATION, IMMOLATION, OBITUARY, GRAVE, NIHILIST, BOLT THROWER, BENEDICTION, MORBID ANGEL, DEICIDE, you will surely cram the new album "Glorious Tyrannizing of Human Rats" into your head with gusto. This pack is reminiscent of the mangy dogs that guard the entrance to Hades' realm. Everything is played very honestly, believably, realistically. I feel like I'm a direct participant in the witch trials while listening, watching the crucifixion and the burning pyre. The fire burns with a bright black flame and the sinner shouts the name of the band. Today we visit an old, long-abandoned tomb together. We open the rusty door and smell the stench of death. In the middle of the tomb lies a corpse that was once crucified and burned. It smells of sulphur and is cursed, like a mutilated body guarded by demons. Absolutely devastating, dark and maniacal death metal! The exhumation of the damned, a diabolical ritual, the bloody imprint of the beast!
