Podala ti svoji shnilou ruku a usmála se na tebe. Tvář bez očí, úsměv bez masa. Přesto si věděl, že si na ní čekal celý svůj život. Byla svým způsobem krásná, i když morbidní. Tvoje vlastní Smrt. Sestoupili jste několik metrů pod zem a dlouho se procházeli nekonečnými chodbami podsvětí. Konečně jste našli svůj cíl. Hromada kostí, vyskládaných na hromadu. Pentagram a planoucí oheň. Uprostřed kobky je rakev, určená přímo pro tebe. A v ní leží nové EP amerických black death metalistů TORTURE TOMB.
Kapela působí již na první poslech velmi uvěřitelně. Jakobych se opravdu procházel v Hádově říši. Jsem už dávno mrtvý, ale dobrou hudbu dokážu stále ocenit. Kývám se do rytmu, jako starý zkušený hrobník. Přesně pro nás je novinka určena. Ocení ji všichni, kteří rádi a často tráví svůj čas v absolutní temnotě. Doporučuji poslouchat bez světla a v chladu.
Pokud máte rádi starou černou smrtící školu, budete určitě spokojeni jako já. K tomu si přidejte velmi dobrý zvuk (Justin Weis - mastering) a jako vždy skvělý obal od mistra Marka Riddicka a máme tu najednou dílo, které je doslova povinností pro všechny, kteří mají rádi absolutní underground. Nikde nic nepřebývá, ani nechybí. Pánové sice nepřinášejí nic nového, ale rozhodně se nejedná jen o dobré řemeslo. Naopak, naše společná setkání připomínala staré tajemné rituály, které se pořádaly pro vyvolávání temných sil. Riffy jsou jako rezavé nože, které vám kapela bodne přímo do břicha. Budete hnít zevnitř a postupně se rozpadat v prach. TORTURE TOMB ve mě probudili vzpomínky na ty nejděsivější noční můry. Ano, blízkost mé vlastní smrti. Poslouchat "Torture Tomb" je jako se přehrabovat v hromadě prašivých kostí. Lebky se smějí do ticha a přízraky tančí ve zběsilých rytmech. Je to moje první setkání s tvorbou kapely a dopadlo na výbornou. Jsem moc rád, že jsem je na svých toulkách v podzemí potkal. Pokud jste na tom stejně jako já, tak neváhejte ani chvilku. Dostanete pořádnou, poctivou porci shnilého masa. Bude podávána na víku od rakve. Jedná se o nahrávku, která by mohla být označena vysokou známkou kvality. Tvář bez očí, úsměv bez masa. The band makes a very believable impression at the first listen. It's as if I'm really walking in the realm of Hades. I'm long dead, but I can still appreciate good music. I sway to the rhythm, like an old and experienced undertaker. We're the ones the novelty is for. It will be appreciated by all those who like to spend their time in total darkness. I recommend listening without light and in the cold.
If you like the old black death school, you'll be as pleased as I am. Add to that a very good sound (Justin Weis - mastering) and as always a great cover by the master Mark Riddick and you have a work that is literally a must for all those who like the absolute underground. This is my first encounter with the band's work and it turned out to be excellent. I'm so glad I met them on my underground wanderings. If you're in the same boat as me, don't hesitate a moment.
