Je jen jedna věc, na kterou si nikdy nezvyknu. Stále mi vadí pach rozkládajících se těl. Maso odpadává od kostí a v očích je dávno mrtvolný pohled. Z vedlejší místnosti je slyšet vyděšený křik. Smrt má mnoho podob, ale tahle patří k nejkrutějším. Podříznuté hrdlo, stříkající krev. Hnis a špína. Atmosféra absolutního zmaru a strachu. Z reproduktorů nám hraje nová deska amerických gore death metalistů SANGUISUGABOGG.
Jedná se o druhou nahrávku, která se mi dostala do rukou. A musím rovnou napsat, že řeže tou správnou stranou nože. Houpavé rytmy, šílené zběsilé útoky morbidních riffů, všude přítomný smrad a chlad. Jsem tu správně, ve staré, opuštěné márnici, která je hned vedle kafilerie.
Na "Homicidal Ecstasy" lze zaslechnout odkazy na kapely typu MORTICIAN, OBITUARY, CARCASS, UNDEATH, MORBID ANGEL, AUTOPSY, IMPETIGO. Pánové samozřejmě přidávají spoustu svých zvrácených nápadů a výsledkem je album, které vám pořádně nakope zadek. Sice se nejedná o nic nového, ani převratného, ale nahrávka má dobrý zvuk, nechutný obal a šíří kolem sebe vzteklé a nenávistné nálady. Připadám si, jako bych spadl do obrovského mlýnu na maso a kosti. Nabroušené riffy, chorobný vokál, chybí snad už jenom sekyra v ruce a nějaká zeď. Tahle hudba má v sobě tlak a energii, myslím si, že musí udělat dobře každému fanouškovi old schoolových postupů. Brodím se po kolena ve zkažené krvi. Na stole leží bílé tělo, které muselo před smrtí hodně trpět. Troufám si tvrdit, že tahle parta patologů rozumí svému řemeslu. Navíc je slyšet, že je jejich práce velmi baví. A mě tak nezbývá nic jiného, než hodnotit velmi vysoko. Pokud máte podobné masakry rádi, neváhejte ani chvilku. Dostanete pořádnou, poctivou porci shnilého masa. This is the second record that I got my hands on. And I have to write right away that it cuts with the right side of the knife. Swinging rhythms, insane frenzied attacks of morbid riffs, omnipresent stench and coldness. I'm right here, in an old, abandoned morgue next to a rendering plant.
On "Homicidal Ecstasy" you can hear references to bands like MORTICIAN, OBITUARY, CARCASS, UNDEATH, MORBID ANGEL, AUTOPSY, IMPETIGO. Of course, the gentlemen add a lot of their own twisted ideas and the result is an album that will kick your ass. It's nothing new or groundbreaking, but the record has a good sound, a disgusting cover and spreads around angry and hateful moods. I feel like I've fallen into a giant meat and bone mill. Sharpened riffs, sick vocals, maybe the only thing missing is an axe in my hand and a wall. There's a pressure and energy to this music, I think it must do any fan of old school methods good. I'm knee-deep in bad blood. On the table is a white body that must have suffered a lot before it died. I dare say this bunch of pathologists understand their craft. Plus, you can tell they enjoy their work. And I have no choice but to rate them very highly. If you like such massacres, don't hesitate a moment. You will get a good, honest portion of rotten meat. Death comes in many forms, but this is one of the cruelest. Throat slit, blood spurting. Pus and filth. An atmosphere of absolute desolation and fear. Morbid death metal that smells like an old corpse!
