Současná doba je zvláštní v tom, kolik lidí je zahleděných do sebe. Neustále sdělují světu, co jedli, kde byli, co mají na sobě, s kým se pářili a přitom to nikoho vůbec nezajímá. Žijí ve svých virtuálních dimenzích a vůbec netuší, co je realita. Nevěříte? Hele a kolik takových jste viděli cestou do práce? Nemoralizuji, jen si říkám, že by jim neškodilo občas poznat, jak chutná poctivá práce. Vezměte si třeba novou desku slovenských veteránů CONSTIPATION. Ta je přesně takovým plivnutím do tváře všem pozérům, narcisům a neurotikům.

A o tomhle kdysi grindcore býval. O rebelii, o kritice tupého davu, o dělání si legrace z hlouposti. A voleny byly vždy extrémní prostředky. Bez kompromisů, bez zbytečností. Rovnou na solar plexus. Doporučuji poslouchat na hraně snesitelnosti. Jinak si totiž nevychutnáte pořádný, masivní a syrový zvuk (dávám všechny uříznuté palce nahoru!). O obalu netřeba diskutovat, k hudbě sedne jako k mrtvému zimník - děvče, už si byla dnes na józe a pročistila sis čakry?

Kapela datuje svůj vznik až do roku 1999. Byla ale na dlouhé roky uložena k ledu, aby se v roce 2019 vrátila. A to rovnou ve skvělé formě. Pokud máte rádi drtivý, prašivý grindcore staré školy, tak neváhejte ani chvilku. Tohle album vám nakope zadek. Je docela možné, že vezmete po prvním setkání sekyru a rozmlátíte všechny obrazovky v domě. Stejně z nich poslední dobou vytéká jenom hnis. Songy jsou napsány s takovou tou pradávnou jiskrou, s nadšením, které mívají kapely, jejichž muzikanti toho mají již spoustu za sebou a nemusí nikomu nic dokazovat. Není žádným tajemstvím, že působí ve skvělých PERVERSITY. "Alica" je zkrátka pořádnou ránou mezi oči. Zběsilým, maniakálním dílem, které si ale zachovává i hravost. Čtrnáct krátkých, úderných hřebů, které budou zatlučeny i do vaší rakve. Líbí se mi nadsázka, ale i texty, s kterými nelze jinak, než se s nimi ztotožnit. Možná jsem už jenom starej pes, který spoustu věcí nechápe, ale jedno vím jistě - pokud si grinder tělem a duší, tak bys měl tuhle nahrávku uctívat. Osobně sice poslouchám něco trošku jiného, ale "Alica" mě přesvědčila natolik, že jsem si ji pouštěl i v práci, po děsivě dlouhých a nudných poradách. Každý to známe, ten tupý dav, pochodující na porážku. Chléb a hry a pár roztomilých selfie. Někomu to stačí. Já chci víc a dostal jsem to. Říkám ti, hergot kámo, CONSTIPATION jsou zpátky a řežou tou správnou stranou nože. Hnisavě zábavný, morbidně krásný grindcore ze starých dobrých časů!

The present time is strange in how many people are self-absorbed. They are constantly telling the world what they ate, where they were, what they are wearing, and who they mated with, and no one cares. They live in their virtual dimensions and have no idea what reality is. Don't you believe it? Hey, how many of these have you seen on your way to work? I'm not moralizing, I'm just thinking it wouldn't hurt them to see what honest work tastes like once in a while. Take the new record by Slovak veterans CONSTIPATION. It's just such a spit in the face of all posers, narcissists, and neurotics.

And that's what grindcore used to be about. Rebellion, criticizing the dumb crowd, making fun of stupidity. And extreme means were always chosen. No compromise, no waste. Straight to the solar plexus. I recommend listening on the edge of tolerance. Otherwise, you won't enjoy a proper, massive, and raw sound (I give all thumbs up!). No need to discuss the cover, it fits the music like a dead horse - girl, have you been to yoga today and cleared your chakras?

The band dates back to 1999. However, it was put on ice for many years, only to return in 2019. And in great shape. If you like crushing, dusty old-school grindcore, don't hesitate a moment. This album will kick your ass. You may pick up an axe and smash every screen in the house after the first time you see it. They're just oozing pus these days anyway. The songs are written with that ancient sparkle, with the kind of enthusiasm that bands whose musicians have already done a lot of things and don't have to prove anything to anyone. It's no secret that they're in the great PERVERSITY. "Alice" is simply a real punch between the eyes. A frantic, manic piece of work that also retains its playfulness. Fourteen short, punchy nails will be hammered into your coffin too. I like the hyperbole, but I also like the lyrics, which you can't help but identify with. Maybe I'm just an old dog who doesn't understand a lot of things anymore, but I know one thing for sure - if you're a grinder in body and soul, you should worship this record. Personally, I listen to something a little different, but "Alice" has convinced me enough to play it at work, after horrendously long and boring meetings. We all know it, that dull crowd marching to defeat. Bread and games and a few cute selfies. That's enough for some. I want more, and I got it. I'm telling you, damn it mate, CONSTIPATION is back and they're cutting with the right side of the knife. Festeringly fun, morbidly beautiful grindcore from the good old days!
