Ave, can you introduce your band to our readers? – When was it founded and what style of music do you play etc.?

Of course; the band was founded in 2014 – early 2015. CFR plays Death Metal.

Where and under what conditions were you recording the new album? Who was in charge of sound, production and mastering?

Hugo Rivera (Guitar), Gerardo Pérez Vega (drums) and me, Leonardo Camacho (vocals) recorded Luciferian Light at BraveSound Studio in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. Jesús Bravo from Agony Lords, he was in charge of sound and mastering.

And CFR produced the album, we are independent.

How many copies were released and which medium was used for this new edition (CD, digital, vinyl, cassette)?

300 copies were released , CD digipack version only.

Who is the author of the lyrics and how were they created and about what do the lyrics deal with?

Most of lyrics were written by me, but Luciferian Light, it was written by Hugo Rivera, I just contributed with some ideas for that lyrics.

Beyond the Silence of Death was written by Hugo Rivera.

Serpent Skin was written by me and Hugo Rivera contributed with some ideas for this lyric.

Lyrical themes: Sickness, perversion, death, end of human race, anti-religion, and hatred.

Who created the logo of the band, and who took care of the graphics and the website? What about you and social networks? Do you consider these things important?

Brvja XIII from Querétaro, Mexico created band´s logo. About graphics, if you mean to art and layout of Luciferian Light album; Néstor Ávalos, a mexican artist and friend, was in charge. For now, i´m in chargé of the band´s social media.

Which label did you choose for releasing your album and why this label? Are you satisfied by how your label represents you and takés care about you?

CFR don´t have a record label… we are independent.

Which bands do you idolise and where do you get your inspiration?

Morbid Angel mostly, Suffocation, Deicide, Bloodbath, Grave, Beheaded, Aborted to mention a few…

Did you send your record to some Labels - which are the labels? How was the response?

Yes we did send to some Mexican Record labels… but some of them, left us unchecked… I really don´t know what the record labels in Mexico use to select band… But for now, we´re fine as an independent band.

How many gigs have you played? Which type of gigs do you prefer, whether it's (clubs or festivals) and which of your performances would you consider as the best?

We haven´t really played to much… Unfortunately here in Mexico , there is a lot of favoritism and favors between big festival organizers, we wont name any of them; so it is hard to get into those festivals. And many organizers here in Mexico don´t want to pay the basic expenses for the bands, and travel expenses, some of them want the bands play for free hahaha…

We have had the opportunity to play with Escarnium (Bra), Belphegor and Gorgoroth.
