Daleko za městem, hluboko v lesích, je jeden starý opuštěný kostel. Říká se o něm, že se zde odehrávaly tajemné, zlé rituály pro vyvolávání temných sil. Vstupuji dovnitř a cítím ve vzduchu zatuchlinu. Ode zdí se odráží nářek obětovaných. Znovu přede mnou ožívají přízraky. Černé postavy v kápích, obličeje bez tváře. Krev a bolest. Seance může znovu začít. Poslouchám totiž novou desku amerických black death metalistů APPALLING.
Smrt a nekonečná bolest. Nahrubo nasekaná tma. Hniloba, špína a ostré riffy, které se mi zadírají hluboko do mozku. Jsem také prokletý, zničený a jsou do mě otisknuty šílené vzpomínky. "Sacrilege" je jako jed, pronikající pomalu, ale jistě do žil. Slyšte ozvěny ze záhrobí!
Jedná se o třetí dlouhohrající album této smečky. Užívám si pochmurnou a magickou atmosféru. Vydávám se znovu a znovu na dlouhé toulky nekonečnými chodbami podzemí. Líbí se mi zvuk, obal, ale hlavně způsob, jakým pánové hudbu uchopili. Černý kov a smrtící údery jsou zde kombinovány se zkušenostmi starých mistrů. Nic pro slabé povahy, lze také napsat. Když poslouchám stále dokola "Sacrilege", jsem znovu ve starém kostele v lesích a sedím u stolu s démony. Pijeme čerstvou krev a čekáme, až přijde ON. Zjevuje se jenom při dobrých nahrávkách. Tentokrát určitě přijde a usedne na svůj trůn. Hudba u mě musí vyvolávat emoce, musím ji cítit ve všech pórech těla. APPALLING mě opravdu baví. Rád se k nim vracím a dávám si je znovu a znovu do uší. Sešli jsme se zde spolu, abychom vyvolali duše prokletých. Troufám si tvrdit, že se nám to opět povede. Tahle deska má v sobě totiž něco navíc, oproti ostatním. Černou jiskru, drive, sílu, pradávnou energii, kterou kapela musela načerpat na místech, kde se odehrávaly pradávné rituály. Zhasněte všechna světla, v místnosti se ochladilo pod bod mrazu. Album "Sacrilege" mi tu hraje pořádně nahlas a já mohu potvrdit, že je ukováno z velmi kvalitní oceli. Znovu hledím do tmy, pálí mě vnitřnosti. Oběť je připravena. Stačí jen odříkat zvrácenou modlitbu. Temný, mrazivý, black death metalový rituál smrti!

This is the third long-playing album of this band. I enjoy the gloomy and magical atmosphere. I go again and again on long wanderings through the endless corridors of the underground. I like the sound, the cover, but most of all the way the gentlemen have captured the music. Black metal and deadly beats are combined with the experience of the old masters. Nothing for the faint hearted, it can also be written. Listening to "Sacrilege" over and over again, I am in an old church in the woods again, sitting at a table with demons. Drinking fresh blood and waiting for HIM to come. He only shows up when the records are good. This time he'll definitely come and sit on his throne. Music has to evoke emotions in me, I have to feel it in every pore of my body. I really enjoy APPALLING. I like to come back to them and put them in my ears again and again. We are gathered here together to invoke the souls of the damned. I dare say we will do it again. Because this record has something more than the others. The black spark, the drive, the power, the ancient energy that the band must have picked up in the places where the ancient rituals took place. Turn off all the lights, the room's below freezing. The album "Sacrilege" is playing really loud here and I can confirm that it is forged from very high quality steel. I'm staring into the dark again, my guts are burning. The sacrifice is ready. All I have to do is say a perverse prayer. A dark, chilling, black death death ritual!
