Temné myšlenky, navěky otisknuté do našich duší. Symboly zla, vyryté do kůže rozžhaveným železem. Nekonečné výlety tmou. Bez konce, bez naděje. Shnilá ruka mrtvoly, která se rozsype. Jsme jenom prach! Plesnivá rakev, kterou když otevřeš, tak spatříš svoje vlastní tělo. Je zohavené nenávistí, vztekem a je úplně černé. Jako tvoje svědomí, jako death metal, který hrají IMPRECATION.
Tahle smečka divokých okultistů je pro mě legendou. Není divu, hrají již od devadesátých let a vždy byli věrni pravému, špinavému smrtícímu kovu. I letos byl znovu zapálen oheň. Hoří jasným plamenem a spálí vše na popel. Nová deska "In Nomine Diaboli" je venku a Satan se usmívá. Není divu, hraje se zde hlavně pro něj. A také pro všechny prokleté.
IMPRECATION vzešli ze stejné stoky jako kapely typu PERDITION TEMPLE, DEICIDE, DRAWN AND QUARTERED, CRUCIFIER, INCANTATION, BLASPHERIAN, INFESTER. Hrají postaru, s pradávným nadšením, načerpaným za dlouhá léta života ve stínu. Jejich hudba je stále drtivá, zničující, nahraná v tom nejhlubším podsvětí. Útočí přímo, neznají kompromisy. A zůstávají po nich jen polámané kosti, prostřelené lebky a spousta zkažené krve. "In Nomine Diaboli" je pokračováním toho, co umí skupina nejlépe. Masivní, devastující smrtící kov, který vám vypálí cejch do mozku. Jsem více než spokojen. Podobný jed koluje i v mých žilách a tak nemohu hodnotit jinak, než velmi vysoko. IMPRECATION jsou jako démoni z dávných dob, kteří se přišli pomstít. Pomocí ostrých riffů, řevu bestie a atmosféry, u které tuhne krev v žilách. Letos se povedl i zvuk (Mike BBQ - Recording, Mixing, Dan Lowndes - Mastering), u kterého mám pocit, že mi pánové chtějí vystřelit mozek z hlavy. Motiv na obalu přesně vystihuje to, co se na albu odehrává. Devastace lidské mysli. Smrt je velmi blízko. Při poslechu si připadám jako při návštěvě místa, kde se popravovalo. Nemrtví dávno povstali, aby si také užili celou nahrávku. Sešli jsme se spolu, abychom uspořádali děsivou okultní seanci. Vše je připraveno, stačí jenom zmáčknout play. A mě nezbývá nic jiného, než vám album doporučit. Devastující, temný, ďábelský death metalový rituál, po kterém vám zůstane vypálené stigma!
