Trepanace lebky, hřeby zatlučené přímo do mozku. Staneš se jenom kusem masa, jdoucím na porážku. Bez svědomí, bez fantazie, s prázdným pohledem. Budeš připomínat zombie a až jednou zemřeš, tak se nerozpadneš v prach. Budeš restartován, obnoven, abys mohl dále sloužit. Absolutní změna osobnosti, death metal, který vás rozloží na malé kousky. FACELESS BURIAL jsou opět zde a snaží se změnit vaše myšlenky.
Musím rovnou napsat, že se jim to daří na výbornou. Novinka je propracovaným dílem, kusem shnilého masa, které naporcoval perfektně seřízený stroj. Na boku má nápis FACELESS BURIAL a vy si tak můžete užít technicky laděný death metal, u kterého vám doopravdy pukne lebka tlakem. Stačí jen přidat hlasitost.
Kapelu jsem zažil nedávno na koncertě a musím říct, že si zcela získala moje srdce. Předchozí nahrávky (recenze i report jsou odkazovány dole pod článkem) mě sice velmi bavily, ale úplně do krve se mi nedostaly. Nové album mě ale doslova uhranulo. Výrazné, zběsilé a agresivní melodie (které lze přirovnat k tomu co hráli a hrají třeba takoví SUFFOCATION, TOMB MOLD, BLOOD INCANTATION, MONSTROSITY, GORGUTS, NOCTURNUS, a samozřejmě DEATH) jsou doslova návykové. Od posluchače je sice vyžadována absolutní pozornost a v některých momentech je nutné zapojit i fantazii, ale tahle smečka nikdy nehrála pro fanoušky bez mozku. Možná právě to mě na tvorbě FACELESS BURIAL baví nejvíce. I po nějakém čase je stále co objevovat. O zvuku, obalu, produkci netřeba diskutovat, vše je v nejlepším pořádku. Vy si tak můžete vychutnat jedovatý koktejl, který byl namíchán někde na pomezí old school death metalu, techniky a progrese. Na rozdíl od jiných ale pánové nezapomněli na jasnou a zřetelnou strukturu. Žádné zbytečností nebo nudná preludia, ale ostré hřeby, které se vám zadřou hluboko do mozku. Absolutní změna osobnosti, smrtící kov, který vás rozloží na malé kousky. FACELESS BURIAL jsou opět zde a snaží se změnit vaše myšlenky. "At the Foothills of Deliration" je nahrávkou, která mě zcela pohltila. Jako nějaká příšera z hlubin, jako bestie, která nezná slitování. Skvělý, výbušný, death metal s příchutí temnoty!

I have to write straight away that they are doing it perfectly. The new album is a sophisticated piece of work, a piece of rotten meat cut by a perfectly trimmed machine. On the side it has the inscription FACELESS BURIAL and you can enjoy technically tuned death metal that will really make your skull crack with pressure. Just turn up the volume.
I recently experienced the band at a concert and I have to say that they completely captured my heart. The previous recordings (review and report are linked at the bottom of the article) were very entertaining, but they didn't really get into my blood. The new album, however, literally had me spellbound. The expressive, frantic and aggressive melodies (which can be compared to what the likes of SUFFOCATION, TOMB MOLD, BLOOD INCANTATION, MONSTROSITY, GORGUTS, NOCTURNUS, and of course DEATH have played and are playing) are literally addictive. Absolute attention is required from the listener, and at some points the imagination must be engaged, but this band has never played for the brainless fan. Perhaps that's what I enjoy most about FACELESS BURIAL's work. Even after some time, there is still much to discover. There is no need to discuss the sound, the cover, the production, everything is in the best order. You can enjoy a poisonous cocktail that has been mixed somewhere between old school death metal, techno and prog. Unlike others, however, the gentlemen have not forgotten a clear and distinct structure. No unnecessary or boring preludes, but sharp spikes that dig deep into your brain. An absolute change of personality, a death metal that breaks you into small pieces. FACELESS BURIAL are here again, trying to change your thoughts. "At the Foothills of Deliration" is a record that completely engulfed me. Like a monster from the depths, a beast that knows no mercy. Great, explosive, death metal with a taste of darkness!
