Chodím kolem hřbitovní zdi každý den. Už dávno jsem si zvykl na šramot kostí, na výkřiky nemrtvých. Pokaždé se těším na podzim, když padne mlha a svět budete zase o nějaký řád temnější. Poslouchám muziku, abych si připomněl, že i já jsem smrtelný. Tentokrát jsem zvolil polské maniaky HELLFUCK. Stačilo pár prvních riffů, abych se ocitl v době svého mládí. V časech, kdy se pohřbívalo hlavně do země.
Hrubý a surový thrash metal s notnou příměsí blacku. Navíc od muzikantů, kteří perfektně rozumí svému řemeslu. V čele téhle smečky démonů totiž nestojí nikdo jiný, než Skullripper, který působí také ve skvělých AZARATH a EMBRIONAL. Šel jsem tedy na jistotu a mé černé domněnky byly potvrzeny - jedná se přesně o ten druh masakru, u kterého nadskakují víka od rakví.
HELLFUCK porcují maso v rytmu třeba takových SODOM, SLAYER, KREATOR, PROTECTOR, v temných pasážích pak AURA NOIR, WARFIST, HELLHAMMER, NIFELHEIM, DESTROYER 666 a spousty dalších prokletých. To ale není zase tolik důležité. Hlavní je, že se jedná o stylovou lahůdku pro všechny gurmány. Hudba zde sice není ničím převratná, ani výjimečná, ale deska se poslouchá tak nějak sama. Doporučuji k nově otevřenému pivu i rakvi. "Diabolic Slaughter" jsem si nejvíc užíval ráno cestou do práce, když jsem potřeboval vlít trošku energie do žil. A nebo v pátek, když jsem byl unavený a mým nejlepším společníkem byli kamarádi ze starých časů a lahev něčeho dobrého. Poláci vás vezmou na výlet do staré márnice, kde tančí jen ty nejkrásnější zombie. Jsou cestovateli v čase, kterým se povedlo vyvolat ducha dávno mrtvých předků. Džínové bundy poseté nášivkami, vlasy do půl zad. Temnota a prach, pod pódiem je velký mosh-pit. Přesně takhle to mám rád, přesně takhle se mi to líbí. Bouchám pěstí do stolu a mám sto chutí rozmlátit kladivem televizi, počítač i telefon. Stejně jsou všude jenom lži. Pravda se ukrývá jenom v hudbě a na ulici. Přidávám hlasitost až na hranu bolesti. Ano, přiznávám se bez mučení, tahle deska mě hodně baví. Doma, v práci, i na hřbitově. Masakr v márnici! Black thrash metalový útok ze záhrobí!

I walk by the cemetery wall every day. I got used to the crunch of bones, the screams of the undead. I always look forward to autumn, when the fog falls and the world is an order of magnitude darker. I listen to music to remind myself that I, too, am mortal. This time I've chosen Polish maniacs HELLFUCK. The first few riffs were enough to take me back to the time of my youth. A time when burying was mostly in the ground.
Rough and raw thrash metal with a little bit of black metal. And from musicians who understand their craft perfectly. At the head of this band of demons is none other than Skullripper, who is also in the great AZARATH and EMBRIONAL. So I went for the safe bet and my black assumptions were confirmed - this is exactly the kind of carnage that makes coffin lids pop.
HELLFUCK butchers the flesh to the rhythm of such as SODOM, SLAYER, KREATOR, PROTECTOR, and in the darker passages AURA NOIR, WARFIST, HELLHAMMER, NIFELHEIM, DESTROYER 666 and a lot of other cursed ones. But that's not so important. The main thing is that this is a stylish treat for all gourmets. The music here is not anything groundbreaking or exceptional, but the album kind of listens to itself. I recommend it with a newly opened beer and a coffin. I enjoyed "Diabolic Slaughter" the most on my morning commute to work when I needed a little energy in my veins. Or on Fridays when I was tired and my best companions were friends from the old days and a bottle of something good. The Poles take you on a trip to an old morgue where only the most beautiful zombies dance. They are time travellers who have managed to summon the spirit of long-dead ancestors. Denim jackets covered in patches, half-back hair. Dark and dusty, with a big mosh-pit under the stage. That's the way I like it. I'm pounding my fist on the table and I'm ready to smash the TV, the computer and the phone with a hammer. It's all lies everywhere anyway. The truth is only in the music and on the street. I turn the volume up to the edge of pain. Yes, I confess without torture, I'm enjoying this record a lot. At home, at work, in the cemetery. Massacre in the morgue! Black thrash metal assault from beyond the grave!
