Čtyři jezdci apokalypsy, čtyři démoni, kteří opět povstali z popela spálených kostelů. Smrt, Hladomor, Mor dobyvatel a Válka. Zrozeni z lidské nenávisti, vzešli z nekonečné temnoty. IMMOLATION, legenda, která je zpět s novým dlouhohrajícím albem "Acts of God". Na novince ihned zaujme zlý, masivní zvuk. Jako smečka rozzuřených psů, jako probuzená bestie. Tak na mě letos kapela působí nejvíce.

Skvěle napsané riffy, dunivé bicí, rozzuřený a naštvaný vokál. Ne, IMMOLATION rozhodně nejsou jiní, ani nezměnili styl. Najdete zde vše, co na nich máme tolik rádi. Již dlouhé roky postupně vybrušují svůj styl k dokonalosti. Pokud jste fanoušci jako já, budete si novou nahrávku opatrovat jako drahocenný černý diamant.

IMMOLATION si jdou svojí cestou, stále jsou originální, nezaměnitelní. Mají oficiální patent na death metal a navíc se u nich nevytratilo nadšení a soudnost. Mám tuhle smečku rád z desek, užívám si ji i naživo. Některá alba patří ke slabším, ale letos jsem nadmíru spokojen. Dostal jsem přesně to, co jsem od nich chtěl a čekal. Absolutní zkázu! Dokonalý chrám bolesti. Ozvěny nemrtvých. Můžete si vybrat, co chcete vyzdvihnout. Sóla, jednotlivé motivy, zpěv, surovou basu. Vše sedí na svých místech, přesně tak, jak to mám rád. Na IMMOLATION je zkrátka spolehnutí. Vytkl bych snad jen přílišnou délku nahrávky, případně některé méně zábavné pasáže. To jsou ale jen drobnosti. Jinak vše hoří jasným černým plamenem! Velkou výhodu bych spatřoval i v tom, že deska každým dalším poslechem roste a i po delší době mám chuť si ji pouštět a neustále rozkrývat další a další vrstvy. Jako bych šel dlouhou chodbou bez světla. Po stěnách stéká špína smíchaná s krví. Někde vzadu, v poslední kobce, je připoutaná šelma ze starých časů. Na tomhle albu byla vypuštěna ven. Řetězy jsou roztrženy a je jasné, že slouží jezdcům apokalypsy. Atmosféra smrti, nahrubo nasekaná tma a obal, jehož motiv budu opět hrdě nosit na tričku. Králové podsvětí vás rozdrtí na prach a uvrhnou na věky do temnoty! Inferno!

Well-written riffs, thunderous drums, angry vocals. No, IMMOLATION are definitely not different, nor have they changed their style. You will find here everything we love so much about them. For many years they have been gradually honing their style to perfection. If you are a fan like me, you will cherish the new record like a precious black diamond.

IMMOLATION go their own way, they are still original, unmistakable. They have the official patent on death metal and, moreover, their enthusiasm and judgement have not been lost. I like this band from the records, I enjoy them live as well. Some albums are among the weaker ones, but this year I am extremely satisfied. I got exactly what I wanted and expected from them. Absolute destruction! The perfect temple of pain. Echoes of the undead. You can pick and choose what you want to highlight. The solos, the individual motifs, the vocals, the raw bass. Everything fits in place, just the way I like it. IMMOLATION are simply reliable. My only criticism would be the excessive length of the recording, or some less entertaining passages. But these are just small things. Otherwise everything burns with a bright black flame! I would also see a big advantage in the fact that the record grows with each new listen and even after a long time I feel like playing it and constantly uncovering more and more layers. It's like walking down a long corridor with no light. Dirt mixed with blood running down the walls. Somewhere in the back, in the last dungeon, a beast from the old days is chained. On this album, it's been let out. The chains are torn, and it's clear that they serve the horsemen of the apocalypse. The atmosphere of death, the coarsely chopped darkness, and a cover whose motif I will once again wear proudly on my T-shirt. The kings of the underworld will crush you to dust and cast you into darkness forever! Inferno!
