Ne, dneska ještě ne, právě vyšla nová deska "Worship the Eternal Darkness" od finských tmářů ARCHGOAT. Chceš pochopit nenávist, chceš se dávit ve stínu vlastní krví? Pak poslouchej pečlivě. Smrt je tak blízko. Pohanské rituály ožívají s nebývalou silou. Opět v provedení, ve kterém jej mám stejně nejraději. Špinavě, ošklivě, zle, jako samotný death metal.
Pekelné plameny olizují moje nohy. Mozek se vaří ve vlastní šťávě. Tam, kde nikdy světlo nesvítí, v hlubokých katakombách, mezi ostatky padlých se zrodila i letošní nahrávka. Z povrchu zemského vás smete mokvající a prašivý zvuk. Neexistuje nic, jenom utrpení.
ARCHGOAT útočí přímo, bez varování. Nabodnou vás na ostré riffy, spoutají vás řetězy utkanými z pavučin. Nečekejte žádné kompromisy, jenom ryzí, syrový death metal okořeněný nahrubo nasekanou tmou. Při poslechu si připadám jako ve středověku, zavřený ve studené kobce čekám na poslední soud. Rouhání, nekonečné vzývání černé magie. Symboly nakreslené nad oltářem, i hudba Finů mluví jasným jazykem. Kolem je mlha a rozšklebené tváře démonů. Pokud uctíváte kapely jako REVENGE, BEHERIT, BLASPHEMY, BLACK WITCHERY a další pekelníky, tak se vám bude "Worship the Eternal Darkness" také líbit. ARCHGOAT sice nepřinášejí do záhrobí nic nového, ale album se velmi dobře poslouchá, je svým způsobem magické, podmanivé, záhadné. Všichni prokletí mi dají určitě za pravdu. Pokud budete chtít nahlédnout za oponu a spatřit absolutní inferno, tak neváhejte ani chvilku. Nahrávka připomíná dávné obrazy těch, kteří zažili utrpení, bolest a strach. Spatřili věci, o kterých se mluví jenom šeptem. Kapela má svůj jasný, krvavý rukopis, touhu ničit a spoustu nenávisti, kterou přetavila v hudbu. Dokáže být spalující, ale i chladná a studená jako brzká rána na hřbitově. Bořím se po kolena v bahně, topím se řece z hnisu a špíny. Jedná se v podstatě o dokonalý nihilistický zážitek. Death black metal ukovaný z pekelného železa!

When listening, I feel like I was in the Middle Ages, locked in a cold dungeon, waiting for the Last Judgment. Blasphemy, endless invocation of black magic. The symbols drawn above the altar, even the music of the Finns, speak a clear language. There is fog and grimacing demons around. If you adore bands like REVENGE, BEHERIT, BLASPHEMY, BLACK WITCHERY and other infernals, you will also like "Worship the Eternal Darkness". ARCHGOAT does not bring anything new to the grave, but the album listens very well, it is in a way magical, captivating, mysterious. All the curses will surely agree with me. If you want to look behind the curtain and see the absolute inferno, do not hesitate for a moment. The recording is reminiscent of ancient images of those who experienced suffering, pain and fear. They saw things they only talk about in whispers. The band has a clear, bloody handwriting, a desire to destroy and a lot of hatred that they have turned into music. It can be scorching, but also cold and cold as an early blow to the cemetery. I sink to my knees in the mud, drowning the river from pus and dirt. It is basically a perfect nihilistic experience.
