Riffy, obal, zvuk, nápady, všechno jakoby bylo vystřiženo odněkud z přelomu osmdesátých a devadesátých let minulého století. Z doby, kdy kapely ještě hledaly cestu, jakou se vydat. Většinou, stejně jako u MAGGOT CROWN, nakonec zvítězila temnota, chlad a čerstvě otevřené hroby. Slabší jedinci utečou strachem a vydrží jen ti silní, ti, kteří přesně pochopili o čem má být ryzí death metal. Pod skladbami je podepsán maniak Jared Moran, který je velmi zkušeným muzikantem a zdatně mu sekunduje Justin Vølus za mikrofonem. Výsledkem jejich spolupráce je album, které se s ničím nepáře. Žádné zbytečnosti, žádné kompromisy. Vše je ohlodané až do morku kostí. Důležitý je tlak, energie, rychlost, devastace lidské mysli. Přiznám se, že si desku opravdu užívám. Já vím, podobných skupin lze najít dnes velké množství, ale jen některé se vám dostanou pod kůži. MAGGOT CROWN patří mezi ně. Jakoby se díky hudbě i bombám v záhrobí probudily pradávné temné síly. Bestie, které vás stejně jako "Cryptic Immoral Secure" roztrhají na kusy. Tahle nahrávka vám vytrhne srdce z těla a donutí vás jej postupně sníst. Hnis, mokvající vřed, který právě prasknul a vytéká z něj beznaděj. Masakrující death metal, který nezná slitování!

The riffs, the cover, the sound, the ideas, everything seems to have been cut from somewhere in the late 1980s and early 1990s. A time when bands were still finding their way. Mostly, as with MAGGOT CROWN, darkness, coldness and freshly opened graves won out in the end. The weaker individuals will run away in fear and only the strong will endure, those who understand exactly what pure death metal is supposed to be about. The songs are signed by the maniac Jared Moran, who is a very experienced musician and ably seconded by Justin Vølus behind the microphone. The result of their collaboration is an album that rivals nothing. No superfluities, no compromises. Everything is gnawed to the core. What matters is the pressure, the energy, the speed, the devastation of the human mind. I must admit that I really enjoy the album. I know, you can find a lot of bands like this nowadays, but only some of them get under your skin. MAGGOT CROWN is one of them. It's as if the music and the bombs have awakened ancient dark forces in the beyond. Beasts that, like "Cryptic Immoral Secure", will tear you apart. This record will rip your heart out of your body and make you want to eat it. A festering, oozing boil that's just burst and oozing despair. Massacring death metal that knows no mercy!
