Nemrtví žalují. Na svůj osud. Celý život jsi žil poctivě a byl si dobrý. Přesto tě probodli v temné uličce. Nemohl jsi tomu věřit. Nikdy si nikomu neublížil. Umíral si dlouho. Několik lidí tě překročilo, ale většina si tě vůbec nevšimla. Stojíš u řeky Styx a čekáš na převozníka. Tíží tě samota a vzpomínky. Planeta je přelidněna, zla musí být logicky více. Stejně si ale v šoku, z negativní energie, ze závisti, z nože, kterým tě zezadu probodli. Převozník je zahalen v černé kápi, směje se jedovatým smíchem, který připomíná skřípaní kostí. Chce zaplatit. Dnes nemáš strach, určitě tě převeze. Platíš novou deskou německých TYPHONIAN.
Každé dobré album ve mě rozjitří emoce, promítne mi do mysli černobílý film, nahrubo nasekanou tmu. Novinka "The Cosmic Pendulum of Time" jakoby zastavila čas, proklela mě a vrátila o spoustu let zpátky. Do doby, kdy se všude hrál ještě poctivý, ryzí a opravdový death metal, v určitých momentech načichlý doomem. Do kostí se mi vkrádá chlad. Mrazí mě v zádech a spolu s kapelou vstupuji do země stínů.
V současnosti je na každém rohu spousta kapel, které se snaží hrát "postaru". Většina jich zní podobně a nejsou příliš zajímavé. TYPHONIAN sice také staví na pevných základech, které všichni známe, ale navíc přidávají kus sebe samého. Skladby mají jasné, zřetelné a dobře zapamatovatelné motivy. Riffy jsou neotřelé. Osobně se mi ale nejvíc líbí atmosféra celé nahrávky. Je temná, chladná, opravdu si představuji, že se toulám záhrobím. Možná je to nicota, vesmír, říkejte si tomu jak chcete, ale určitě existují věci mezi nebem a zemí, které nelze pochopit. Němci sice na tyto otázky nedávají odpovědi, ale rozhodně vás donutí přemýšlet. Alespoň tak vnímám a chápu album já. Určitě znáte ten skvělý pocit, když víte, že je hudba to pravé pro vás, pro vaše uši. TYPHONIAN jsou na novince vznešení, démoničtí, mystičtí, magičtí. Při poslechu se dívám na svět přes krvavou mlhu, užívám si jednotlivé nápady, hru s mrazivými náladami. Zmínit musím i nádherný obal od Juanjo Castellana a excelentní zvuk, pod kterým je podepsán Dan Swanö. Stylově lze zařadit kapelu jak na sever, mezi švédské kapely, tak i třeba k ASPHYX, HAIL OF BULLETS, BOLT THROWER. Jsou to ale jen ozvěny, jinak jsou TYPHONIAN pro mě opravdu originální zajímavou skvělou kapelou. Chladný, temný death metal, který vás převede na onen svět! Vynikající!

Every good album stirs up emotions in me, a black-and-white film projecting into my mind, roughly chopped darkness. The novelty "The Cosmic Pendulum of Time" seemed to stop time, curse me and take me back many years. Until the time when honest, pure and real death metal was played everywhere, at certain moments smelled doom. Cold is creeping into my bones. It freezes my back and I enter the land of shadows with the band.
Currently, there are a lot of bands on every corner trying to play "old school". Most of them sound similar and are not very interesting. TYPHONIAN also builds on solid foundations that we all know, but they also add a piece of themselves. The songs have clear, distinct and well-remembered motifs. Riffs are unique. Personally, however, I like the atmosphere of the whole recording the most. It's dark, cold, I really imagine I'm wandering the grave. It may be nothingness, the universe, call it what you will, but there are certainly things between heaven and earth that cannot be understood. The Germans do not answer these questions, but they will definitely make you think. At least that's how I perceive and understand the album. Surely you know the great feeling when you know that music is right for you, for your ears. TYPHONIAN are noble, demonic, mystical, magical. When listening, I look at the world through the bloody mist, I enjoy individual ideas, a game with freezing moods. I must also mention the beautiful cover by Juanjo Castellan and the excellent sound, under which Dan Swanö is signed. Stylistically, the band can be classified both to the north, among Swedish bands, as well as for example ASPHYX, HAIL OF BULLETS, BOLT THROWER. But these are just echoes, otherwise TYPHONIAN are really original for me, an interesting great band. Cool, dark death metal that will take you to the next world! Excellent!
