Hej Satane, jak se dneska daří? Doufám, že se máš dobře. Jsem rád, že tě zase potkávám. Minule to bylo skvělé, pamatuješ. Pařili jsme spolu u posledního řadového alba "The Oath of an Iron Ritual" v roce 2016. Za tu dobu se stala spousta věcí, svět zase trošku víc zčernal a hlupáci řvou čím dál tím hlasitěji. Hele, víš co, zavřeme za sebou dveře a budeme poslouchat novou desku "Churches Without Saints". Co ty na to, démone?

Myslím, že pán pekla, stejně jako všichni ostatní fanoušci ryzího pravého a prašivého black thrash metalu, musí být spokojeni i letos. Novinka opět smrdí sírou. Člověk, který tuhle německou smečku sleduje od jejich začátků, tak nějak tuší a ví, co od nich očekávat. Ano, je to peklo v podobě, v jaké jej máme všichni tolik rádi. Smradlavé, s černými plameny, které olizují nohy všech prokletých.

DESASTER jsou staří psi, kteří neuhýbají z cesty. Je to jen a jen dobře. Vždy se mi líbil jejich rukopis, styl, s jakým nám předkládají již dlouhé roky to, co přesně po metalu požaduji. Pradávnou temnou energii. Opět s parádním zvukem (Jan "Janosch" Gensheimer), obalem, který chci mít na tričku (Marcos Miller). Němečtí pekelníci jsou ortodoxní, šílení, zběsilí. Nás, staré fanoušky nechají zavzpomínat na staré dobré časy, kdy byl svět ještě v pořádku. Jasně, je v tom možná kus nostalgie, ale když oni pánové umí svoji hudbu prodat i dnes, kdy se za underground považuje každý druhý a falešných proroků je čím dál víc. My ale dobře víme, že tančit se Satanem můžou jen někteří. Hudbu musíte cítit srdcem, musí vám zkazit krev v žilách. I na nové desce lze vystopovat odkazy kapel jako HELLHAMMER, VENOM, PILEDRIVER, CELTIC FROST, SARCÓFAGO, BATHORY, DESTROYER 666 (ale i třeba heavy metalových SAXON, JUDAS PRIEST). Pokud podobné záležitosti posloucháte, budete spokojeni i s "Churches Without Saints". Jak se tak dívám na rohatého, tak sedí na svém trůnu a spokojeně se usmívá. Podupává si kopytem do rytmu, užívá si stejně jako já náladu celé desky, jemné nuance, chladné a temné nálady. Hej Satane, doufám, že máš dost piva a přijdou i nějaké holky. Přidej hlasitost, dneska bude dlouhá noc. Pekelné ozvěny ze záhrobí! Black thrash metalový opus! Ďábelská symfonie smrti!

They let old fans remember the good old days when the world was still okay. Sure, there may be a bit of nostalgia in it, but the gentlemen can still sell their music even today, when everyone else is considered underground and there are more and more false prophets. But we know very well that only some can dance with Satan. You have to feel the music with your heart, it has to spoil the blood in your veins.
