Ten okamžik, když zabodl nůž do jejího těla, si budu pamatovat navždy. Byl jsem poprvé svědkem rituálu a vše jsem vnímal jako ve zlém snu. Vyděšený pohled oběti, postavy v kápích, šeptání modliteb, proříznuté hrdlo. V podzemí, několik metrů pod kostelem, kde zrovna probíhala mše. Žili jsme ve stínu, osamocení, jen se svojí bolestí, s touhou po čerstvém mase. Temnota, chlad, beznaděj, to vše pro pár prchavým okamžiků. Nemohli jsme si pomoc.
TRIBULATION jsou zde se svým dalším epickým opusem. Znovu načichlí smrtí, gotikou, zahaleni do záhadné mlhy. Podmalované oči, bílá pleť, mrtvolný vzhled. Toulám se spolu s kapelou chodbami podzemí a užívám si chlad, který z jejich hudby cítím. Tma, všude je neproniknutelná tma.
"Where the Gloom Becomes Sound" je volným pokračováním předešlých desek. Opět inspirováno kapelami jako GHOST, PARADISE LOST, CELTIC FROST, IRON MAIDEN, DARK TRANQUILITY, WATAIN, DRACONIAN, MERCYFUL FATE, DIMMU BORGIR a spousty dalších. Hlavní a důležitý je chlad, tajemno. pestré košaté motivy, s jedovatě mrazivým zvukem. Doporučuji poslouchat venku, uprostřed lesů, sněhu a spolu s vlky. TRIBULATION mají svůj jasný rukopis, který nadále rozvíjejí. Kapela, která kdysi hrála surový death metal, je dnes úplně někde jinde. Starým fanouškům to pravděpodobně vyhovovat nebude, ale mě se líbí i tenhle výraz. Slovo, které mě při poslechu napadá nejčastěji, je - melancholie. Nová deska patří do opuštěných chrámů, na oltář bezbožných mnichů, do cel kláštera, kde už všichni věří jenom v peklo. Nemám vlastně žádných připomínek, zvuk je totiž studený, obal zajímavý, skladby až magicky podmanivé. Občas se mi sice některé slévají v jeden celek, ale to mi v zásadě příliš nevadí. Epická symfonie smrti! Upíři se znovu probudili, hádejte, kdo bude další obětí?

TRIBULATION are here with their next epic opus. They sniffs again with death, Gothic, shrouded in a mysterious mist. Painted eyes, white skin, corpse appearance. I wandering the corridors of the underground with the band and enjoying the coolness I feel from their music. Darkness, there is impenetrable darkness everywhere.
"Where the Gloom Becomes Sound" is a free sequel to previous records. Again inspired by bands like GHOST, PARADISE LOST, CELTIC FROST, IRON MAIDEN, DARK TRANQUILITY, WATAIN, DRACONIAN, MERCYFUL FATE, DIMMU BORGIR and many others. The main and important thing is the cold, the mystery. colourful bushy motifs, with a poisonous frosty sound. I recommend listening outside, in the middle of forests, snow and surrounded by wolves. TRIBULATION have their own clear signature, which they continue to develop. The band, which once played raw death metal, is now completely different. It probably won't suit old fans, but I also like this expression. The word that comes to my mind most often is melancholy. I don't really have any comments, because the sound is cold, the cover is interesting, the songs are magically captivating. Sometimes some of them merge into one whole, but in principle I don't mind too much. Epic Symphony of Death! The vampires woke up again, guess who the next victim would be?
