Každý z nás máme o podsvětí jiné představy, ale již teď vám mohu prozradit několik informací. Ocitl jsem se totiž, díky muzice, na těch temných místech. Věděli jste třeba, že vrahové nenajdou nikdy klid? Možná se tomu v našem světě říká svědomí, ale pravdou je, že jim jdou po krku duchové obětí. Dokud je neutrápí, nevrátí jim veškeré zlo. Vidím před sebou rakve, vyrovnané v obrovské místnosti. Hluboko pod zemí. V Hádově říši. Leží v nich zohavená těla. Z mlhy se ozývá pláč. Přicházejí další. Nedávno zemřeli a marně se snaží najít klid.
Ze záhrobí k nám přichází i nová americká skupina GLORIOUS DEPRAVITY, která je složena ze zkušených muzikantů působících v kapelách jako MUTILATION RITES, PYRRHON, UNREST a BELUS. Tihle hrobníci moc dobře ví, o čem je death metalové řemeslo.
Kapela se záhrobím pohybuje se samozřejmostí, s elegancí, jakou v sobě měly kapely v devadesátých letech. Těmi je také ovlivněna (DEATH, SUFFOCATION, MORBID ANGEL, RIPPING CORPSE, DEICIDE, INCANTATION). Logo vytvořil Mark Riddick, zvuk (Alan Douches) je také náležitě prašivý a shnilý. Myslím, že fanoušci starého reálného death metalu si nemohou na nic stěžovat. Navíc umí kapela složit songy, které jsou opravdovými ozvěnami ze záhrobí. Zajímavé melodie, chorobný vokál, splněno je vše potřebné. To by ale v dnešní době bylo málo, podobných smeček se toulá po světě hodně. GLORIOUS DEPRAVITY mají navíc drive a feelling, u skladeb praskají lebky, sebevrahové znovu ožívají a oběšenci se s vyplazenými jazyky houpají ve větru. V rytmu "Ageless Violence", které je pro mě nahlédnutím do onoho světa, procházkou záhrobím, výletem bez konce. Potkáte tváře nemrtvých, zamyslíte se nad osudem démonů. Američané nahráli album, které mi zkrátka nesmí chybět ve sbírce. Je odrazem absolutního zla, totálního nihilismu, exhumací ošklivých myšlenek, ale hlavně dílem, které se mi líbí ze své podstaty. Věřím kapele každý tón, každé slovo. Ryzí, poctivý death metal, který spálí vaše duše! Skvěle!

The new American band GLORIOUS DEPRAVITY, which is composed of experienced musicians from bands such as MUTILATION RITES, PYRRHON, UNREST and BELUS, also comes to us from the grave. These gravediggers know very well what death metal craft is all about.

In the rhythm of "Ageless Violence", which for me is a view to the other world, a walk through the grave, a trip without end. You will meet the faces of the undead, think about the fate of the demons. The Americans recorded an album, which I simply must not miss in the collection. It is a reflection of absolute evil, total nihilism, an exhumation of ugly thoughts, but mainly a work that I like because it is very nature. I trust the band every tone, every word. Pure, honest death metal that will burn your souls! Great!
