Sedí na svém trůnu a usmívá se. Pán podsvětí. Má k tomu důvod. Drží totiž v ruce nové album holandských SOULBURN. Kapely, která je přesnou definicí podsvětí. Černá, chladná, démonická. Stejně jako on, jehož jméno se raději neříká. Démoni tančí kolem a užívají si jednotlivé rytmy. Černá atmosféra by se dala krájet jenom velmi ostrým nožem. Král temnoty má rád death metal, black i doom. Dělá mu dobře. Jen musí smrdět sírou a musí u něj praskat lebky tlakem.
SOULBURN tohle všechno umí a ještě navíc přidávají mnoho dalšího. Dobré kapely, mezi které Holanďané samozřejmě patří, musí mít charisma, svůj vlastní rukopis a jejich songy mi musí proniknout přímo do žil. "Noa's D'ark" je takovým albem. Nemrtví mě pozvali mezi sebe a tančíme nekonečný tanec smrti.
Členové SOULBURN patří dlouhodobě ke zkušeným muzikantům, kteří mají svojí hudbou co říct. A to vlastně ve všech kapelách, ve kterých hráli a hrají. Máme tak jistotu, že se nezapomene na skvělý zvuk, že bude dobré nosit motiv alba na tričku, že dostaneme něco navíc. Novinka "Noa's D'ark" je pro mě přitažlivá jako nějaký starý zakázaný rituál. Vyvolávají se u ní temné síly, je heavy, má drive a takovou tu těžko popsatelnou pradávnou sílu, kterou skupiny kdysi mívaly. Vidím před sebou postavy v kápích a bojím se každého stínu. Tady v podsvětí je vše zjitřené, bolestivější, veškeré emoce musíte vynásobit dvěma. SOULBURN tohle všechno vyjdařují hudbou ve svých skladbách. Jako bych četl z nějakého starého pergamenu, na kterém byly kdysi sepsány obrácené modlitby. Slyším vzdálené ozvěny CELTIC FROST, BATHORY, VENOM, ale i prašivého death metalu. Našlapuji tiše, jsem rád účastníkem rituálu s názvem "Noa's D'ark". Album je ukováno z té nejkvalitnější oceli, žhne a pálí a zároveň je zakaleno ve zkažené vodě. Nevím, jestli jste někdy zažili absolutní tmu, ale nyní ji máte možnost poslouchat. Sedí na svém trůnu a usmívá se. Pán podsvětí. Poklekněte a obraťte všechny kříže směrem dolů. Brána do pekla byla otevřena, stačí jen vstoupit. Vynikající ďábelská nahrávka!

Black, cold, demonic. Like him, whose name is better not said. Demons dance around and enjoy the individual rhythms. The black atmosphere could only be cut with a very sharp knife. The King of Darkness likes death metal, black and doom. It make him feel good. He just has to stink of sulphur and his skulls have to crack with pressure.
SOULBURN can do all of this and can also add a lot of more. Good bands, of which the Dutch of course belong, must have charisma, their own signature and their songs must penetrate directly into my veins. "Noa's D'ark" is such an album. The undead invited me and we dance the endless dance of death.
The members of SOULBURN are an experienced musicians who have something to say by their music. And in fact in all the bands in which they played and still play. We are so sure that we will not forget the great sound, also will be good to wear the album theme on the T-shirt, that we will get something extra. The new album "Noa's D'ark" is as attractive to me as some old forbidden ritual. It evokes dark forces, it is heavy, it has a drive and such an indescribable ancient force that the bands had. I see figures in hoods in front of me and I am afraid of every shadow. Here in the underworld, everything is sharpened, more painful, you have to multiply all the emotions by two. SOULBURN excel all this with music in their songs. It was as if I was reading from some old parchment on which inverted prayers were once written. I hear distant echoes of CELTIC FROST, BATHORY, VENOM, but also dirty death metal. I step on quietly, I like to participate in a ritual called "Noa's D'ark". The album is made from the highest quality steel, glowing and burning, and at the same time it is cloudy in spoiled water. I don't know if you've ever experienced absolute darkness, but now you have the opportunity to listen to it. He is sitting on his throne and smiling. Lord of the underworld. Kneel and turn all the crosses down. The gate to hell has been opened, just enter. Excellent devil's record!
