Jak jinak, než o půlnoci. Je to tak zapsáno. Démoni, příšery a zlé bytosti v této době ožívají. Měl jsem divoké sny, divné sny. O temných katakombách, o monstrech, tichém nářku. Močálech, ve kterých odpočívají bájné bestie. Nevěděl jsem, jestli sním a nebo bdím. A mohou za to francouzští death metalisté ABYSSAL ASCENDANT. Tím jsem si absolutně jistý. Jejich hudba ve mě probudila přízraky. Poslouchal jsem jejich novou desku a budil se z děsivých snů. 

"Chronicles of the Doomed Worlds - Part II. Deacons of Abhorrence" je velmi propracovaným albem, které vás přenese do nehostinných míst. Staré pohřebiště, kde byly pohřbívány zbytky po obětních rituálech. Novinka je nebývale temná, tak akorát technická a šílená. Je po okraj narvaná černými emocemi, strachem a běsem. 

Na novince uvěřitelně ožívá kult Cthulhu a jako prostředek je pro to zvolen death metal ve stylu CANNIBAL CORPSE, IMMOLATION, NILE, MONSTROSITY, BRUTALITY a MORBID ANGEL. Francouzi napsali skladby, které postupně gradují, mají v sobě pradávnou jiskru a navíc se velmi dobře poslouchají. Ihned mě spolu s novou deskou "Chronicles of the Doomed Worlds - Part II. Deacons of Abhorrence" strhli do hlubin. Je velmi příjemné poslouchat nahrávku, která má skvělý zvuk, obal, tlak a dokáže probudit démony. Líbí se mi celkový koncept, způsob, jakým pánové k hudbě přistupují. Songy jsou plné žhavé lávy, která tepe a žhne a když vás spálí, tak následuje chlad a mráz. Jedovatá sóla, riffy ostré jako břitva a vokál, který zní jako hrom. Dohromady se jedná o album, ke kterému se budu ještě dlouho rád a často vracet. Má v sobě prastarou sílu, načerpanou v podzemí. Nevím, jaká příšera mě probudí ze snu zítra, ale podobný death metal si nechám líbit vždycky. Procházím se nekonečnými chodbami podzemí, kývám na pozdrav nemrtvým. A všude kolem zní muzika od ABYSSAL ASCENDANT. Zlo zase jednou ukázalo svoji pravou tvář. Vynikající pocta stínům!

An old burial ground where the remains of sacrificial rituals were laid. The novelty is unusually dark, just technical and crazy. It is full of black emotions, fear and rage.

The cult of Cthulhu comes to life in a new way and death metal in the style of CANNIBAL CORPSE, IMMOLATION, NILE, MONSTROSITY, BRUTALITY and MORBID ANGEL is chosen as the means for this. The French have written songs that are gradually graduating, have an ancient spark in them and, moreover, they are very well listenable. I was immediately taken to the depths with the new album "Chronicles of the Doomed Worlds - Part II". Deacons of Abhorrence". It's very nice to listen to a recording that has great sound, cover, pressure and can wake up demons. I like the overall concept, the way gentlemen approach music. The songs are full of hot lava that beats and glows, and when they burn you, cold and frost follow. Poisonous solos, razor-sharp riffs and thunder-sounding vocals. Together, this is an album that I will be happy to return to for a long time to come. It has an ancient strength, pumped underground. I don't know what monster will wake me from my dream tomorrow, but I always like similar death metal. I walk through the endless corridors of the underground, nodding to greet the undead. And music from ABYSSAL ASCENDANT sounds all around. Evil once again showed its true face. An excellent tribute to the shadows!
