Mrtvoly zohavené neznámou chorobou vyskládané na hromadě. Malý hřbitov, kde se dosud pohřbívalo s klidem a rozvahou, se náhle změnil v chaos a beznaděj. Zapáchající tlející těla, rakve už dávno nejsou potřeba. Odpadává maso od kostí, mění se tváře ve strašidelné zrůdy. Nastává večer a hřbitovem zní nová deska ruských death metalistů PYRE. Není zase tolik moc kapel, které dokáží svoji hudbou znázornit mrtvolné nálady hromadného hrobu. Rusové patří mezi ně.
Tuhle smečku sleduji již od jejich první desky a zatím mě nikdy nezklamali. Hrají přesně tím způsobem, jaký mám rád. Temně, nekompromisně, prašivě. Jsou jako smečka rozzuřených psů, kteří se potulují i na periferii vašeho města. Ostří, nekompromisní. Old school death metal toho nejhrubšího zrna. Hroby byly znovu exhumovány!
"Chained to Ossuaries" je albem, které se tématicky pohybuje někde mezi tvorbou švédských kapel (ENTOMBED, GRAVE) a starými deskami ASPHYX, PESTILENCE, MORGOTH, BOLT THOWER, DEATH, POSSESSED. Kapela má velmi dobrou schopnost napsat dobrý song, novinka se opravdu skvěle poslouchá. Jakoby člověku pronikala do žil nějaká zlá zákeřná choroba a rozkládala jej zevnitř. Začne to krví v očích, bolestmi břicha a končí v nekonečném headbangingu. PYRE vás opět zvou do starých katakomb, se skvělým zvukem, obalem i produkcí. Jedná se o povinnost pro všechny fanoušky old school death metalu, kteří nemají rádi jen lámání kostí, ale i temnou chladnou atmosféru. Hromadný hrob musí být zasypán a pomůže nám s tím rezavý buldozer s nápisem PYRE na boku. Řídí jej samotná smrt a když nakonec vše zachvátí očišťující plameny, budete si myslet, že je absolutní konec. Není tomu tak, nad spálenými těly se dál bude vznášet jako černý otazník deska "Chained to Ossuaries". Ryzí, uvěřitelný, syrový, surový, prašivý a plesnivý death metal, který vás rozdrtí na prach!

I've been following this band since their first record and I've never been disappointed. They play exactly the way I like. Darkly, uncompromisingly, moldily. They are like a pack of angry dogs who roam on the outskirts of your city. Sharp and uncompromising. Old school death metal of the coarsest grain. The graves were exhumed again!
“Chained to Ossuaries" is an album that thematically moves somewhere between the music of Swedish bands (ENTOMBED, GRAVE) and old records of ASPHYX, PESTILENCE, MORGOTH, BOLT THROWER, DEATH, POSSESSED. The band has a very good ability to write a good song, the new record is really great for listening. It is as if some evil insidious disease had penetrated your veins and decomposed you from within. It starts with blood in the eyes, abdominal pain and ends in endless headbanging. PYRE invites you again into the old catacombs, with great sound, cover art and overall production. This is a necessity for all fans of old school death metal, who like not only breaking bones but also a dark, cold atmosphere. The mass grave must be filled with the soil and a rusty bulldozer with the inscription PYRE on the side will help us with that. It is controlled by Death itself, and when everything is engulfed in purifying flames, you will think this is the absolute end. However, this is not that case, the album "Chained to Ossuaries" will continue to hover over the burned bodies like a black question mark. Pure, believable, raw, and moldy death metal that will crush you to dust!
