Byl jsem čestným hostem v galerii smrti. Na stěnách visely obrazy plné utrpení, násilí, mučení a šílenství. Lidské tělo se stalo jen nástrojem pro krvavé rituály. Šibenice, tortura, napichování na kůly, lámání v kole. Už jen pohled na morbidní díla děsil. Do maleb byla otisknuta veškerá bolest, kterou může člověk zažít. Ne, to nebyl středověk, ale doba nedávno minulá. Z reproduktorů zazněla první skladba z nové desky polských SYMBOLICAL a celá scenérie ještě víc potemněla. Inferno!
Novinka s příznačným názvem "Allegory of Death" je mocným nástrojem pro vyvolání těch nejtemnějších představ a nočních můr. Album mě ihned přeneslo do světa strachu, šílenství a bolesti.
"Allegory of Death" je perfektní nahrávkou po všech stránkách. Vše je dopilováno k dokonalosti. Řezající riffy, krutý hlas, spousta zajímavých nápadů. Inspirace kapelami jako BEHEMOTH, MASACHIST, AZARATH, INFERNAL DEATH, HERITAGE, ale i třeba IMMOLATION, HATE ETERNAL je sice patrná a jasně zřetelná, ale to nic nemění na tom, že se deska neskutečně povedla. Asi nejvíc oceňuji chladnou a temnou atmosféru, gradující strukturu skladeb a neodbytný pocit, že mi jde někdo během celého poslechu po krku. Skvělý je zvuk i obal, celkové provedení. Jakoby SYMBOLICAL vyprávěli pradávné příběhy o smrti. Určitě znáte chvíle, kdy máte pocit, že se rozpadnete na tisíc kousků. Všechno vás bolí, svět je zastřený v mlhavém oparu. Do hlavy vám pronikají ostré hroty šílenství. Tak přesně takto vnímám i nový počin "Allegory of Death". Vynikající death metalové album, které připomíná návštěvu galerie smrti!

I was a guest of honor in the death gallery. Paintings full of misery, violence, torture, and madness hung on the walls. The human body has become just a tool for the bloody rituals. Gallows, torture, impalement, breaking on the wheel. Just a look at the morbid paintings was macabre. All the pain that a person can experience was depicted in these pictures. No, it was not the Middle Ages, it was recently. From the speakers, the first song from the new SYMBOLICAL record was played, and the whole scenery darkened even more. Inferno!
A new album with the distinctive name "Allegory of Death" is a powerful tool for evoking the darkest images and nightmares. The album immediately brought me into a world of fear, madness, and pain.
"Allegory of Death" is the perfect record in all aspects. Everything was led into the perfection. Cutting riffs, rough voice, lots of interesting ideas. Inspiration by the bands as BEHEMOTH, MASACHIST, AZARATH, INFERNAL DEATH, HERITAGE, but also IMMOLATION, HATE ETERNAL is obvious and clearly distinct, but it doesn’t change the fact that the album is excellent. The most I appreciate the cold and dark atmosphere, gradual structure of the songs and the continuous feeling that someone is going on your throat during the listening. Great sound and album cover, overall design. As if SYMBOLICAL has narrated the ancient death stories. You must certainly know the moments when you feel like you're going to break into the thousand pieces. Everything hurts you; the world is enshrouded in a misty haze. The sharp points of the madness penetrate your head. That's exactly how I see the new record "Allegory of Death". An excellent death metal album that reminds the visit of the death gallery!
