Čekala jsi na mě hned u vchodu do hřbitova. Zahalená v kápi, roztoužená a zároveň chladná jako čerstvý hrob. Podala si mi kostnatou ruku a vyzvala mě k tanci. Nemohl jsem opět jinak a tvoji nabídku přijal. Tanec se samotnou Smrtí se přeci neodmítá.

Tančíme na vašich hrobech, lámeme kosti, drtíme ostatky na prach. Po nás zbude jen potopa a zmrzlá zem. Smrt si nevybírá a švédský death metal také ne. DEMONICAL jsou opět zde. Znovuzrození, s novým vokalistou Alexanderem Högbomem. Šílení, divocí jako dřív. Přesto trošku jiní - více melodičtí, chladnější, mrazivější.

Prvních několik poslechů jsem chtěl album "Chaos Manifesto" proklít a zatratit. Ještě, že jsem tak neučinil. Deska vyrostla až po delší době. DEMONICAL jsou letos trošku jiní, než jsme zvyklí. Více se soustředili na strukturu skladeb, dodali více melodií a jejich skladby jsou i přes svoji délku naléhavější. Jedná se ale jen o lehký vývoj v rámci klasického švédského death metalu. Songy jsou přívětivější, přesto si pánové ponechali svůj jasný rukopis, neurvalost, rebelii, syrovost a temnotu. DEMONICAL nejsou kapelou, která by objevovala nové. Spíše se soustředí na různé tradiční, klasické způsoby zabíjení hudbou. Letos si zachovali svoji tvář, přesto jsou lehce odlišní. Osobně se mi tento směr líbí a užívám si ho stejně jako v úvodu zmíněný tanec se Smrtí. Švédští bardi mají ten správný cit pro záhrobní záležitosti. Nové album je toho jasným důkazem. Chladný, temný a melodický švédský death metal, u kterého shnijete zaživa! Velmi dobře!

We're dancing on your graves, crushing your bones, shredding the remains into dust. After that there will be only a flood and a frozen ground. Death doesn’t choose and Swedish death metal doesn’t choose, too. DEMONICAL are here again. Rebirth, with the new vocalist Alexander Högbom. Crazy and wild as before. However, a little bit different - more melodic, colder, more frosty.

During the first few listenings, I wanted to curse and condemn the new album "Chaos Manifesto". I am glad that I finally didn’t do this. The record has started to grow up after the longer time. This year DEMONICAL is a bit different than we were used to. Currently, they were more focused on the structure of the songs, added more melodies, and their songs are more urgent despite their length. But this is still a slight development within the frame of classical Swedish death metal. Despite the tracks are milder, the musicians retain their own clear handwriting, rebellion, brutality, rawness and darkness. DEMONICAL is not a band that would discover something new. Rather, they focus on various traditional, classic ways of killing by their music. This year they have retained their face, but still they are slightly different. Personally, I like this direction and enjoy it, just like the dance with the Death mentioned in the introduction. The Swedish bards have the right feeling for the beyond the grave things. The new album is clear evidence of this. Cold, dark and melodic Swedish death metal, for which you rot alive! Very good!
