Sedíš svázaný uprostřed místnosti. Před několika dny ti odřízli víčka a promítají ti šílené krvavé filmy. Jsi netečný. Viděl si už příliš zla a nenávisti. Elektrické šoky na tom nic nezmění. Vlastně ani nevíš, proč tě mučí. Byl si pro ostatní vždycky divný. Nikdy si nešel s davem, nikdy se nechtěl vyhledávat světlo. Tvůj život byl zahalen do černé mlhy. Posloucháš thrash metal a death od dob svého mládí a dnes už si kapely velmi vybíráš. Musí splňovat několik požadavků.
Riffy musí být ostré, vokál divoký a bicí ti musí vystřelit mozek z hlavy. Dnes bych pro vás měl vskutku gurmánský zážitek. MAZE OF TERROR jsou z Peru a hrají takovým tím špinavým, neurvalým způsobem, který mám tolik rád. Doporučuji láhev dobrého piva a chladnou místnost. A samozřejmě volume doprava. Thrash death metal, který vám utrhne hlavu!
Pánové hrají nadšeně a jejich morbidní práci jim bezezbytku věřím. Ve skladbách je taková ta pradávná energie, načerpaná na starých pohřebištích. Máte rádi SODOM, KRISIUN, SADUS, INCITER, SARCOFAGO? Potom neváhejte ani chvilku. Peruánci na to jdou s nadšením a odhodláním. Připomínají smečku prašivých psů, kteří vás roztrhají na kusy. Myslím si, že tuhle nahrávku ocení všichni poctiví fanoušci temnoty, dlouhých stínů i všichni prokletí. Líbí se mi zvuk, který je plesnivý, špinavý a rezavý. Oceňuji i obal, který se perfektně hodí k muzice, kterou MAZE OF TERROR hrají. Někdy přemýšlím, jestli je normální svět venku, za kamennou zdí a nebo zde, uvnitř domu šílenství. Současná doba je divná a jsem vždycky moc rád, když potkám podobné kapely, které nesou dál hrdě vlajku s lebkou. Je to samozřejmě absolutní underground a texty jsou ve španělštině, kterou neovládám. Přesto mám pocit, že kapele rozumím každé slovo. Ne nadarmo se říká, že hudba spojuje. Tohle je nahrávka, která nejvíc vynikne v zaplivaném klubu v podzemí, na periferii vašeho města. Nic pro slabé povahy, jedná se spíše o zkažené maso, které musí být podáváno na víku od rakve. Sedíš svázaný uprostřed místnosti. The gentlemen play enthusiastically and I trust their morbid work implicitly. There is such an ancient energy in the songs, picked up in old burial grounds. Do you like SODOM, KRISIUN, SADUS, INCITER, SARCOFAGO? Then don't hesitate a moment. The Peruvians go at it with enthusiasm and determination. They're like a pack of mangy dogs that will tear you apart. I think this record will be appreciated by all honest fans of darkness, long shadows and all the damned. I like the sound, which is musty, dirty and rusty. I also appreciate the cover art, which fits perfectly with the music MAZE OF TERROR plays. Sometimes I wonder if the normal world is outside, behind a stone wall, or here, inside the house of madness. The current times are strange and I'm always very happy when I meet similar bands that continue to proudly carry the flag with the skull. Of course, it's totally underground and the lyrics are in Spanish, which I don't know. Still, I feel like I understand every word of the band. It's not for nothing that they say music connects. This is the kind of record that will stand out most in a seedy underground club on the outskirts of your city. Nothing for the faint of heart, this is more like rotten meat that needs to be served on a coffin lid. You sit tied up in the middle of the room.
