Ve starých legendách se píše, že daleko v lesích, ve smradlavé jeskyni spí dlouhé roky šílená bestie. Občas se probudí a vydá na lov. To se potom v okolí začnou ztrácet lidé a můžete potkat kusy roztrhaných těl, zaschlé krve a hnisu. Dovolil bych si vás pozvat do jednoho takového doupěte v Austrálii. Ano, CEMETERY URN přicházejí s novou nahrávkou a garantují nám, že bestie bude znovu probuzena. A touží po čerstvém mase! Od prvního tónu je jasné, že zde máme co dočinění s pořádně naštvanou šelmou.
Není divu, v kapele působí maniaci z australské death metalové šlechty (Chris Volcano - ABOMINATOR, Brandon Gawith - ESKHATON, HOBB´S ANGEL OF DEATH). CEMETERY URN se do vás ihned zakousnou a nepustí vás, dokud budete tohle shnilé album poslouchat. Mám pocit, že mi pánové pustili žilou, že mě vyvrhli zaživa a donutili mě sníst vlastní vnitřnosti. Tohle je prašivý, starodávný rituál!
Skladby vystupují jako přízraky z krvavé mlhy a působí na mě podobným dojmem, jako tvorba smeček INCANTATION, FUNEBRARUM, DISMA, ABOMINATOR, IGNIVOMOUS. CEMETERY URN kombinují to nejlepší ze zlého smrtícího kovu a působí velmi uvěřitelně, ryze, opravdově. Žádné kompromisy a zbytečnosti, jenom nahrubo nasekaná tma a absolutní zlo. Pánové si pozvali ke spolupráci nejlepší z nejlepších. O zvuk se postaral mistr Adam Calaitzis z Toyland Studia a pod obalem je podepsán jeden z mých nejoblíbenějších malířů obalů Mark Riddick. Pokud máte jako já nejraději, když cítíte při poslechu pach rozkládajících se těl a hnilobu, neváhejte ani chvilku. Album "Suffer the Fallen" vás spálí na popel. Na to přísahám já, nemrtví i všichni démoni. Tahle smečka musela novinku nahrávat hluboko pod zemí, v dávno opuštěných katakombách. Mezi pavučinami, které jsou omotány kolem prašivých kostí. Líbí se mi výraz, rukopis, způsob, jakým na mě songy působí. Už dávno nejsem při poslechu v dnešním zlém světě. Procházím se ve smradlavých močálech, navštěvuji kobky plné mrtvých těl, užívám si celkovou atmosféru desky, která je doslova magická. Už dávno vím, co poslouchají démoni a čím je krmena zmiňovaná bestie. Samozřejmě, CEMETERY URN nahráli album, které smrdí sírou a zazní pokaždé, když se otevře brána do pekla. Mysleli jste si, že víte co je bolest a utrpení? Omyl! Tohle je pravý, nefalšovaný smrtící kov ze starých pohřebišť! Démonické rituály kruté a ošklivé smrti! Urna po okraj narvaná zlem, špínou, tmou a absolutním death metalem!

In the old legends it is said that far away in the woods, in a stinking cave, a mad beast slept for years. Occasionally it wakes up and goes hunting. Then people start disappearing and you can see pieces of dismembered bodies, dried blood and pus. I'd like to invite you to one such lair in Australia. Yes, CEMETERY URN are coming out with a new record and they guarantee us that the beast will be reawakened. And it's hungry for fresh meat! From the very first note, it's clear that we're dealing with a seriously angry beast here.
No wonder, the band is made up of maniacs from the Australian death metal nobility (Chris Volcano - ABOMINATOR, Brandon Gawith - ESKHATON, HOBB'S ANGEL OF DEATH). CEMETERY URN will bite into you immediately and won't let go as long as you listen to this rotten album. I feel like the gentlemen have let go of my vein, they have eviscerated me alive and made me eat my own guts. This is a filthy, ancient ritual!
The songs emerge like ghosts from a bloody fog and have a similar impression on me as the work of INCANTATION, FUNEBRARUM, DISMA, ABOMINATOR, IGNIVOMOUS. CEMETERY URN combine the best of evil death metal and feel very believable, pure, real. No compromises and uselessness, just coarsely chopped darkness and absolute evil. The gentlemen have invited the best of the best to collaborate with them. The sound was handled by Toyland Studio's master Adam Calaitzis, and the cover art is signed by one of my favorite cover artists, Mark Riddick. If, like me, your favorite thing to smell when you listen is the smell of decomposing bodies and rot, don't hesitate a moment. The album "Suffer the Fallen" will burn you to the ground. I swear it, the undead and all demons. This bunch must have recorded the news deep underground, in long-abandoned catacombs. Amongst the cobwebs that wrap around scabby bones. I like the expression, the handwriting, the way the songs affect me. I've been listening to them for a long time, not in today's evil world. I'm walking in stinking swamps, visiting dungeons full of dead bodies, enjoying the overall atmosphere of the record, which is literally magical. I already know what demons listen to and what the aforementioned beast is fed. Of course, CEMETERY URN have recorded an album that reeks of brimstone and rings out every time the gates to hell open. Did you think you knew what pain and suffering were? Wrong! This is real, unadulterated death metal from the old burial grounds! Demonic rituals of cruel and ugly death! An urn filled to the brim with evil, filth, darkness and absolute death metal!
